"Very squeaky beds , not enough pillows, bed only made once in a 4 day stay. Room still not available at 4pm when check in was supposed to start. "

"Lovely hotel which cannot be faulted in any way. Staff friendly & helpful, breakfast was good. Plenty of choice and food hot. Lovely pool area and spa. Room was clean, bright and there was plenty of room. Good location opposite beach and short walk to old town. "

"I would rate this hotel 5 stars but the pool was closed for 3 days during our stay, I understand this is sometimes out of hand due to water works in the Benidorm area, However a notice would have been nice. Other than that everything else including the room was perfect, well maintained, looks newly renovated. The breakfast coffees were lovely and the food was good. Will stay here again when I’m Back."

"Good room was on the to floor ideal for a single passenger clean room only bad things were i had to take my rubbish away as no one came into the room to clean and i had to ask for a towel and toilet roll but for the price i paid i would go back again if i could have the same room 601"
