Also hotel is perfect location at top of guatape short walk into town to shop and eat/drink and then take a cute colorful moto car back to hotel. Also, restaurants were great at hotel. Excellent food and service. Highly recommend and superior value"

"The property has a nice view of the lake and it is conveniently located in front of the large "GUATAPE" letters for pictures. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. There is no lobby at this particular location."

"The hotel is no where near where it is advertised, the listing shows it right in Guatape and a 3 minute walk to the square. It is a 30 minute walk to the square! The hot tubs never had water in them. The staff was unfriendly and barely acknowledged you when you came and went. When we got off the bus we walked to the advertised location to discover it was not there, it took at least a half an hour to find the hotel location and another half an hour to walk there. FALSE ADVERTISING!"

"We loved our stay here. Right in the heart of town, we didn't need a car for anything. Rooms are clean, quiet and newly remodeled. We bumped into the owner on the way out and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about where to go in town. Will 100% stay here again when we come back. "
