I booked two rooms for our stay. One was paid at time of booking, the other was to be paid at the property. My mother who was paying for the second room attempted to pay for the room twice, once at check in and once at check out. She was told both time that the room had already been paid for. It had not. Later in the day after check out they charged our credit card. We were also told that we were unable to book two rooms under the same name. That’s fine. However my mother asked for her credit card to be put on file on check in and they said no it was uneccessary. Via Expedia when we booked we did request that the two rooms be next to each other, or as close as possible. The Bendigo quest said that they were unaware of any request and said that they do not communicate via the Expedia app. They also told me that there should be no option on Expedia to pay at the property and they were unaware that this was an option. Despite us having stayed here before and using this option. To top it off, the towels in the bathroom were visibly stained. The dishes out of the cupboard were dirty and the road noise in room 13 kept me awake. I’m not normally one to complain but this was not a good stay. If staying in Bendigo I recommend the homestead apartments. We have stayed there before and they were wonderful and much better value for money.

Better wifi as we gave up on tryjng to use. No A/C in bedrooms. Sockets in 2nd bedroom behind the bed. We had broken tv, staff tried hard to fix and end up providing old tv as replacement but only got local tv.

Apartment needs a good deep clean. Main bedroom, ensuite and toilet door handles all did not work. Only one aircon in living area which doesn’t reach bedrooms. Carpet tiles starting to pull up which my son kept tripping over. Won’t stay again.

Check-in was easy and amenities were great. However the front of the hotel was very noisy from road traffic, even on the weekend. I would request an alternative location should I stay there again.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Quest ! I had a free upgrade to 2 bedrooms and it was lovely to enjoy a bigger floor space , spotlessly clean and comfortable quiet unit equipped with everything you would need for a stay away from home ! Parking at your door , great amenities and very Freindly stuff ! Highly recommend this hotel for the travellers !

The staff were lovely, Apartment was pretty big, clean and nice, the water pressure in the shower was wonderful.. the only downsides were that the bed was a bit hard but i find that pretty much everywhere these days, the location is on the main highway so if you get one of the road-facing apartments then theres alot of traffic noise, also something to be aware of is that on expedia it has it listed as "pay at property" but the property actually doesnt offer this and take payment 48 hours prior to your stay

I had some sort of allergic reaction, maybe it was the couch. Could not find the control for the A/C, I was either too hot or too cold. The handle on the shower cold water came off in my hands. could not stop the shower screen from closing in on me leaving no room while showering. No biscuits supplied, every Motel I have ever stayed in supplied some biscuits. Overall poor value for $200 +.

Have stayed here many times. Rooms are fantastic and spacious. Service is great. Location is convenient for our purposes. Only 7 minutes from red energy arena. We usually have one of the two bedroom apartments with room numbers in the 20’s but this time we were in room 7. It fronts the main road so it was more noisy than the usual rooms we stay in. Next time I will ask not to be in the rooms that front the main road. Overall our stay was great as usual. Thanks

We had issues with our bathroom and other areas being dirty. Due to our visit being to see someone in hospital we checked in and left quickly. When we returned much later that night we noticed how filthy it was. Dirty glasses in the cupboard, used soap in the shower! Just awful. We left early the next morning. I emailed management to explain how awful it had been and have been met with avoidant emails saying the manager was over seas and would offer me 10% off future stays. Not good enough at all. Very poor customer service and no avenue for complaints. Never ever again. We shall head back to the All Seasons who bend over backwards to make our stays easy and without issue. The one time we did have a not so clean room, they refunded us and moved us to a new room. Shame on you quest!
