We had a family reunion in Bend where 2 of my sons and their families live. We absolutely loved this house, it met all of our needs. After a day of sightseeing or floating the river, we relaxed on the covered deck, watching the kids play in the park across the street. I would rent this house again.

Go-to-house

This is our second time staying at WoodRiver House. The location is great for outdoor activities, shopping and family living in Bend. The house meets all our needs. Its kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. We love the sheltered, outdoor table area and spend much of out time there. We will return.

Great Stay in Old Mill

Spaceous and clean home, thoughtfully decorated and stocked with everything one could need. We loved our stay for it's close proximity to walking trails and the highway that leads up to Mt Bachelor.

Beautiful house. Great location, although at a busy intersection. Loved the 3 separate floors with bedrooms and common space on each level. Disappointed in the dirty decks and missing furniture cushions.

Amazing Trip in a great location.

This house was great and the location was as ideal.Walking distance to the Old mill shopping and restaurants. It had plenty of room to spread out and the additional living spaces were perfect for lounging and getting away. The bathrooms were nice and modern. The kitchen was laid out nice and a perfect gathering area for meals and great conversations over drinks. We enjoyed the sound system and some fun times. The back deck was one of our favorite spots when the weather was right and the heaters made up for the cold. We loved this place and hope to stay here again on our next trip back to Bend.

Beautiful House & Location!

We travel each winter with multiple families for some Mt. Bachelor fun and typically stay in Sun River. This year we decided to stay in Bend and visit the town more. 10/10 recommend this property. It had plenty of rooms and living rooms/rec rooms for everybody to hang out or have their own space. It was close to everything, and right along the river with a path...it'd be an excellent place to stay in the warmer months as well.

Great house for a group girls trip!

We had a great stay for a summer girls trip! There were only 7 of us so it felt very spacious! It was a nice location, very walkable to different areas we wanted to go. We loved having a big kitchen and spent a lot of time on the deck on the main floor when we were there! Our only issue was with the A/C not working properly on the main floor. They were trying to fix it while we were there so I expect this is not a usual thing. The hosts with iTrip were responsive and friendly and were able to accommodate us checking in a couple hours early. Highly recommend!

This property had space for everyone! Big kitchen with all cooking essentials, awesome bunk room, big deck, new carpet upstairs and downstairs. Nice location across from river and walkable to old mill district, although traffic circle in front could be busy at times. Cleaning service could be improved. We mentioned this to the property managers and they addressed our concerns.

Great location

This is a great property with lots of room to spread out. The location is fantastic. The only thing to note is that it is directly in front of a busy road. Being a city person, I did not mind the cars! Being able to walk to the Old Mill was fantastic. The double garage and the fact that primary bedroom, kitchen, and main living area are all on the same level makes it super easy to handle bags and groceries. The park across the street is lovely with great river and mountain views. We had some challenges with the WiFi but the property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Loved the house! Lots of stairs. Great for groups as each floor has its own little living room. Loved the coffee, thanks! Shampoo, conditioner and soap provided…no lotion.

Perfection!!

Wow what a perfect house for a group! Our adult kids joined us for family vacay. Our son & DIL have a 7 month old, this house had everything for a baby! Sleeping arrangements couldn’t have been better, beds were so comfy! Everyone was comfortable and happy. The location was perfect! Walking distance to Old Mill and right across the street from the water where we took our paddle boards. The round-about was near the back patio, it was fun watching all the cars and people. We were told Alexia would help us if needed but never could find her. The wine fridge didn’t work and left side of the stove didn’t work but other than that….PERFECTION!! Hoping to make this a year tradition. My only complaint is the time passed too quickly!

Great spot!

We loved the house and the location. Very clean and huge space! My only feedback would be to add some tubes or paddleboards for the river. But to be fair the house has literally everything else.
