Excellent Location! - Leave the car. Walk or ride everywhere. The house is located on the Westside within 2-3 short blocks to downtown, Deschutes River, Drake Park and several restaurants.

National Historic Registry. Recent full vintage restoration with new furnishings and modern necessities. Ahead of it’s time.

3 large bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Basement is the perfect man cave or kids cave w/ walkout access to private backyard & fire pit.

Cruiser bikes and helmets included.

Lovely stay in Bend!

We had the best time. The space was perfect for our group and the location was amazing. Easy to walk downtown, access to the river and all the food trucks! Would stay here again!

Could use some investment

Nice proximity to downtown but definitely transitional neighborhood. Construction next door at all hours of the day. House is very musty - smells like mold. We bought a candle and opened all the windows but didn’t help. Minimal furniture - no nightstands in MBR, feels sterile. Only six spoons. Had to do the dishes constantly because there were only six salad plates. Never heard from the owner. For the price of this house, I would not rent again.

Exceptional Stay in West Bend: Clean, Comfortable, and Perfectly Located!

We recently enjoyed staying at this lovely property on Bend's west side. The house was great for our group, three couples, staying in Bend for a wedding. The location couldn’t be better within walking distance to coffee shops, brew pubs, city parks, and the Deschutes River. We enjoyed exploring the nearby Deschutes River Trail and walking to downtown Bend. The property was clean and well-stocked. The linens were incredibly comfortable—soft, fresh, and inviting. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. It is a clean, comfortable place with a fantastic location.

Historic property in Bend

The location of the property is great. It was difficult to access the house because the directions were not correct and it took quite a while to hear back from the property manager. There was no bar soap, no Kleenex and hair in the drains. There were no keys for the front door so we had to constantly access the back door. The showers in two of the bathrooms utilize a big bathtub which is very difficult to get into especially when traveling with an older adult. The basement smelt like gas, which I did let them know. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay there again.

Great Location!

Great location, very walkable to a lot of things in Bend. House has a lot of space for plenty of people, including a nice yard with space for lawn games, bbqing, etc.
