This second-floor condominium overlooks the Beautiful Deschutes River and is just a short walk into downtown Bend. This condo has a full kitchen, two bathrooms and two separate sleeping areas. Four can sleep in the riverside half of the condo on a Murphy bed and a pull out couch. Two more can sleep in the private bedroom. You will have access to our indoor heated pool and hot tub open daily, so don't forget to pack those swimsuits!



The Space:

This condominium offers sleeping for up to six guests, has a full kitchen and two full bathrooms. The bedroom and one bathroom are separate from the living area and has a lockable door for privacy. Take in the gorgeous views of the Deschutes, while sipping some coffee or a glass of wine out on the balcony.



The property sits adjacent to Pioneer Park, and merges with the scenic river trail making it easily accessible in mere seconds. Within 10 minutes of walking upstream along the river, you can fully embrace all the breweries, delicious restaurants, and fun shopping that downtown Bend has to offer. If you're wanting to get out into the wilderness, be it skiing, biking, hiking or rafting, this unit is only 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor or 15 to Phil's Trail, where mountain bikers from around the world come to play on the intricate trail system.



You'll also have access to our onsite laundy facilities, as well as the pool and hot tub (open everyday from 9am-10pm)! Because this condo is a part of Bend Riverside Rentals, you will have friendly, on-site staff readily able to assist you from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM each day, ensuring that you will have no problem making your stay here the best trip possible.



Guest Access:

Guests get exclusive use of the studio. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-7pm daily, same goes as the pool.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a staffed property. We work out of an office at the entrance to the property. If you don't need us, you won't even see us. But we're here in case you need anything from us.
