Welcome to Meadow House Condo 4, a comfortable and family-friendly Sunriver condo with room for up to 5 guests, a private hot tub, air conditioning, and dog-friendly accommodations. With 1 bedroom, a loft sleeping area, 2 full bathrooms, and thoughtful extras like bikes and baby gear, this home is a strong fit for small families, couples, and reunion overflow stays.

The great room is bright and inviting, with comfortable leather furnishings, abundant natural light, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV for relaxing after a day exploring Sunriver. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for shared meals, and the adjacent dining area offers plenty of room for dining, games, or planning the next day’s adventures.

The sleeping layout gives this condo more flexibility than a typical one-bedroom. Downstairs, the king bedroom sits near a full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, the loft includes a queen bed and a twin bed, along with an updated private bathroom—an especially useful setup for parents and kids, grandparents traveling with family, or guests who appreciate a little extra privacy.

Outside, enjoy the deck, BBQ on the gas grill, or soak in the fully enclosed private hot tub. Four adult bikes are included, making it easy to explore Sunriver’s 34 miles of paved paths and nearby attractions without needing to get in the car.

Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the included Pack-n-Play and high chair. Guests bringing dogs are welcome too, with up to 2 dogs allowed per stay. Fees apply.

Planning a larger family gathering or reunion? This home can be booked alongside other nearby Meadow House condos, including Meadow House 3, 5, 6, 49, 75, and 85, to keep everyone close together.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Get Away

Have never been to Sunriver in the "Spring". Daffodils are in bloom! Still chilly when out of the sun. Plenty of activities to do and lots of wildlife everywhere. Had a very fun time and look for to returning.

Fun in the Sun(river)!

The condo is great! The location makes it so easy to walk to the village. It’s showing some age, as many of the places in SR are, but it is so clean and well maintained. The carpet appears to be fairly new along with much of the furniture. The beds are very comfortable. My husband and I were also very impressed with how well equipped the kitchen is. We enjoyed the well kept grounds, sitting on the deck and soaking in the pristine hot tub! The only negative is the lack of air conditioning. We will definitely stay again.

Good Condo in Quiet Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at Meadow House 4. Loved the location close to the Village. Absolutely loved the gas fireplace and the king bed. Condo is showing its age, but is clean and everything worked.

Meadow house condo 4 was a good choice

The rental unit itself was fine.... beds were comfortable. Grandsons loved the loft sleeping area. As with most older SunRiver properties there are age related issues.. Dark interior and well worn areas. Overall, it was fine for our three day stay... The biggest issue we had was dealing with the Rental Company - Since they make check in at 5:00 AND they conveniently close their office at 5:00 PM it insures that any questions or problems are not dealt with quickly or cohesively. The Hot tub was not useable the first night.. We contacted the rental co. they gave all kinds of reasons.. the next day we found out the Hot tub had been emptied previous to our visit and we were not told it was non-useable until it re-acquired the correct temperature... which was not until day two. No apologies, no recompense for loss of use. The bikes we were told were in the Garage. There is NO garage. after several texts we found the in the front exterior closet by the entry door.... No written instructions,either in print or on the website to indicate clearly where to locate them. I think Benning**** properties could have done better in their communication and help. Not impressed with them. The unit itself, as mentioned, was fine - served our purpose and was comfortable, good location and had all we needed to enjoy the stay.

A perfect stay

We stayed September 27-October 2, 2023. The unit was everything it advertised. It was one of the nicest places we have rented over the years. It had everything, even Ziploc baggies provided! It was close to The Village shops and restaurants, the High Desert Museum, the Lava Fields Museum, Paulina Falls, Bend, and more. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place perfect location

This is a great clean place with everything you need and close to the village. Hot tub was like brand new and very comfortable. Stayed here with my three children and we had a blast. Thank you.
