Welcome to this stunning 4,400 sq. ft. Caldera Springs retreat—perfectly designed for unforgettable getaways with family and friends. This spacious home features five beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms plus a bonus room with two built-in bunk beds, giving everyone plenty of room to relax.

Step inside and you’ll be greeted by the light-filled great room with vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and comfortable seating—ideal for gathering after a day of adventure. The chef’s kitchen is a dream, complete with a large island, two ovens, gas cooktop, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The dining area seats twelve with ease, and there’s even extra seating at the kitchen island.

Just outside, the expansive back patio invites you to enjoy the outdoors with its private hot tub, built-in gas grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining area—all surrounded by beautiful forest views.

The main-level primary suite is tucked away for privacy and includes a king bed, large smart TV, gas fireplace, spa-like bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower, plus direct patio access. Two more king ensuite bedrooms are also on this level, each with patio access. You’ll also find a full guest bath, laundry room with two washers and dryers, and a bonus fridge in the garage for extra storage.

Upstairs, another king primary suite awaits with a private deck, gas fireplace, and a luxurious ensuite bath. There’s also a second king ensuite upstairs and a spacious bonus room with a smart TV and a fun bunk room featuring two twin-over-queen bunk beds.

This home is packed with thoughtful amenities including 1-gig WiFi, YouTube TV, an arcade game, ping pong table, Eero WiFi extender, and an EV charging outlet (NEMA 14-50—bring your own cord). Six Rental Cards are included, giving you access to select Caldera Springs amenities such as the Quarry Pool & Fitness Center, Discovery Park, tennis and pickleball courts, and miles of scenic trails. (Please note: rental cards do not include access to the Forest House Pool or the 9-hole golf course.)

Whether you’re soaking in the hot tub, enjoying a fireside chat on the patio, or spending quality time in the game room, this home was designed for making memories together.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 25 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

The home is beautiful and well equipped. It was perfect for our family that included grandkids and adults. We enjoyed the board and arcade games at the house as well as the community amenities like the pool. We are already planning our next visit!
