The Good: Host was very responsive, helpful with anything we needed. The house felt large and open. Kitchen was well equipped. The Difficult: —Booked this for the hot tub only to find out after booking that our kids couldnt use it based upon the rental agreement rules. Wish it was clearly stated before booking. I had written before booking to ensure the hot tub was working but didnt think to ask whether our whole family would be allowed to use it. And we couldnt cancel the reservation. —House was dimly lit inside at night, better lighting would really help. —Most of the outlets were loose, plug in cords would fall out- had to be propped up to stay in—Upstairs around window could see daylight around the window, let a lot of cold air in.

Perfect location!

Wonderful cabin in a great location. There were just three of us there (friends since childhood and we are approaching 50) and the cabin had everything we needed. Bring moms, the only thing that would have been helpful is a better place to store our groceries. It was a fantastic trip and we were very comfortable. Wish there was a bit more sun on the deck. Thank you!

Sunriver Circle 4 Ranch Cabins

Was super easy to book and work with the reservation through Cascara. We even added an extra night at the end and it was no hassle. The property location is great for the summer as it’s well shaded and stayed cool even with temps near 90 degrees. The cabin does need a little tlc and updating, but everything functioned as advertised.

Exactly as advertised

Communication was great - we knew exactly what to expect when and how to check in. The place is perfect for a small group or family. Bing on the inside of the circle puts the deck facing the circle 4 pool but not so close as to be annoying. We’ve stayed at a lot of places in SR over the years but we would definitely seek out this one to rebook.

Good potential but not worth the cost

This home does have some nice features, large entry to remove shoes/coats, kitchen is nicely stocked, large master suite. But, the house was not clean! We could see dirt build up on the carpet and around the stairs, dirty cups and silverware. The biggest disappointment was that the hot tub had a really bad odor. The hot tub was one reason we chose this property. With the cleaning fee being well over $200 we had higher expectations.

Great time with some unexpected things

Had a great time this weekend in Sunriver with family and friends. A few things noted were that the unit was not as clean as expected. We had to vacuum the floors and noticed the cabinets and other surfaces were dirty. Countertops were okay. Bathrooms were pretty clean. The hot water heater was very old (1996 I think) and only held enough for 1 full shower at a time, and took over 1 hour to heat up for the next person . Also, the DVD player downstairs is breaking; would not play most DVD's, though we did get it to play 1, but not others that were at the house, and not the one we brought. Ended up usign the DVD player from upstairs.

Probably would go somewhere else next time

Bed was lumpy, TV picture was poor, hot tub was hot, but old with broken jets, lighting is bad (though there were extra light bulbs in the utility room) and the fireplace equipment and screen was a joke (both fell over multiple times). The location is great.

Disappointed

We rent in Sunriver frequently. This is the first time we have experienced issues, primarily with cleanliness of property, and lack of basic supplies. Beds in one room had sheet covers (not fully made) that had hair, staples, bark, and nasal mucous; in the same room, we found gum behind the door. Beds in the other two rooms were not fully made. Throughout the cabin we found debris and dirt on the floors. The hot tub was non-functional and behind the tub were empty alcohol bottles and garbage. There were tiny bars of soap in the bathrooms and no other cleaning supplies except for kitchen dish soap. From family who were staying in other cabins they own on Circle 4, we understand that a cleaning crew came in on Monday 9/21 to clean; that obviously did not happen prior to our stay. We would never rent this cabin again.

Weekend Staycation

This was the perfect property to rent for our family staycation. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and comfortable blankets, really enjoyed having the hot tub and loved all the beds in the kids room.
