Beautiful, three bedroom, two and a half bath home with a theatre room, that plays movies or events from internet based applications. There is a state of the art workout room, with a television to enjoy while working out. There is a King bed in master, as well as an invigorating custom spa shower head. Central heat and air throughout the home. There is roku television in all bedrooms. The home is Wi-Fi enabled. The backyard is a private oasis that includes a brick pizza oven, barbecue station, with gas and charcoal grills, hot tub, sauna, and seating area with outdoor fire pit. Great for entertaining. Full kitchen with all appliances and gas

A wonderful property, the host has thought of every necessity one might need. The property was clean and the decor is lovely. The home is comfortable inside and out. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home, it is conveniently located, for short walks and quick drives around Bend.

Great Place for medium sized group

Everything we needed for a fun getaway weekend was there. The kitchen was well equipped, the hot tub was clean and the house is generally set up to be a great spot for a gathering of friends.

Great stay - nice house with a lot of amenities!

Nice stay, river floating nearby, close to Old Mill. Angela was great when there was a little mishap with the cleaning crew when we arrived that she took care of immediately. Definitely recommend this home to others!

Amazing house close to river

Great house in a great location!

Well appointed house in a great location. Hot tub, gorgeous back deck, movie room; this house had it all. Close to the river front and easy to get downtown or to the mountain to ski. We’ll definitely come back!

Absolutely Perfect

I should start with pointing out I'm very rarely satisfied with a vacation rental. I'm sorry, I'm just hard to please but wow this place was top notch. Not huge, but got the job done. Incredibly clean and well maintained. Hot tub and sauna was great - we didn't get to use the pizza oven but it would have been super fun in the summer. The beds and pillows were literally better than my own at home (still trying to figure out the brand of that mattress!). Contact with the owners for wifi was prompt and kinda and helpful. Overall I can't say enough - great house, great people, great location.

Overall was nice

House was great, beds super comfortable, heated toilet seats were a nice surprise, amenities (sauna, hot tub and pizza oven) were great and the theater room makes me want one at my house. Parts we didn't care for are the house is just off a super busy street, the hot tub maintenance came on Friday and drained/refilled all the water so it wasn't hot enough to use until that night, and when I messaged the host a question I never received a reply. These wouldn't cause me to never stay here again but it definitely frustrated me and wouldn't be my first choice.

Wonderful stay! It is obvious the owners care about their guests experience. Quotes from my mother-in-law throughout our stay: " This place is so cute, I love the decorations", "I would rate this place a 12/10", "this is first class", " they thought of everything ", " whoever cleans this place does an excellent job." Needless to say, we would 100% stay here again!

Family Trip

We loved our time in this home! It was spacious enough for the family and had everything we needed. It was close to the Old Mill District, which was perfect and not far from the Downtown area. I had a few questions for Angela and she responded right away! Would stay here again :)

This spot was ina great location central to everything. Beds were extremely comfortable and house was overall perfect for our needs! Hot tub and back patio were awesome wish we would have had time for the pizza oven!
