Our home is within minutes of the Deschutes River (enjoy the complimentary private marina access when you book with us). Mt. Bachelor Ski & Summer Resort is less than 30 mins away! Fishing, skiing, snowmobiling, biking, hiking and kayaking are just some of the activities to keep you busy, or just kick back and relax! You will appreciate the solitude of Three Rivers Cabin after a day of playing hard!

Three Rivers Cabin is surrounded by tall pine trees and sits on a half-acre in the desirable Oregon Water Wonderland area. Due to our ideal location, our property is the perfect home base launch pad for exploring year round outdoor recreation without traveling far. One of the perks of staying at Three Rivers Cabin is your complimentary access to the private marina which is just a couple of minutes down the road. In less than 10 minutes you can be on your float, paddle board or kayak! Like to ski and snowboard? We are appx 25 minutes to Mt. Bachelor. If you enjoy fishing or kayaking, we're within 20 minutes of several lakes.

We are not in Sunriver proper, but only minutes away. We are located in a quiet area and away from the densely populated traffic at Sunriver Resort. If you're looking for a combination of peace and quiet with easy access to all the activities that Sunriver Resort has to offer, without breaking the bank, Three Rivers Cabin is the place for you! If you're traveling by RV or camper, or hauling a boat, ATV or trailer, you will love the ample paved parking our property provides!

The kitchen has newer stainless steel appliances and granite counters and is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, bakeware, and basic seasonings to get you started. Also included are a microwave, coffee pot (bring your own coffee), coffee grinder, blender, hot water kettle, waffle iron, crockpot, toaster and a Kitchen Aid mixer. The kitchen is huge -- plenty of room for multiple cooks in the kitchen! There's ample room for four at the breakfast bar adjacent to the dining area, which also seats four. A patio slider from the dining area provides easy access to the backyard.

The primary bedroom has a comfy queen bed, a large walk-in closet and its own bathroom. The primary bedroom is furnished with a 50" Smart TV, a desk and chair for those needing a work area, and a comfy reclining chair in the corner of the room where you can cozy up with a good book. Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed and a dresser. Bedroom 3 features double bunk beds to sleep 4 kids (or 4 adventurous adults).

The living room is light and bright with vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, a gas fireplace and comfy seating, including a huge Lounge & Co foam-filled lounger. Kick back and relax while watching your favorite program on a new 55" LG HD TV. We do not have cable but feel free to log in to your favorite streaming app like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu...

Towels and linens are provided. An extra roll of paper towels, extra toilet paper, a couple of laundry pods and dryer sheets (a washer and dryer are available for your convenience) soap, shampoo and conditioner will be provided to get you started. If you're staying for several days, be prepared to replenish your supplies.

Our backyard borders undeveloped private land and is fully fenced with a play structure for your littles to enjoy!

No smoking allowed in or around our property. Our son has a genetic immune disorder and his immune system is compromised. No exceptions so please be respectful of this.

Although we love fur babies, we have a strict no pet policy due to past experiences with irresponsible guests.

We are in a quiet community and request that you be respectful of our neighbors. If you are looking for a party house, please look elsewhere. This is not the place for you.

No long list of checkout rules! We ask that you wash and put away dirty dishes or fill the dishwasher and start it before you leave. Please be sure to lock the windows and doors on your way out. Thank you!

We recently purchased this home and, in the near future, will be adding a covered back patio and finishing the garage to include a game area with a ping pong table and foosball, two kayaks, life vests and bikes! Stay tuned!
