"View and location was perfect. We felt 100% safe. Only reason I can't gove our stay 5 stars, is the refrigerator went out the night before our last day. Those situations happen, but we lost alot of food."

"My wife and I traveled with our four kids over Spring Break (ages 5-13). The house was amazing and our stay was perfect. The property is very clean, and everything was in good working order. We used several of Eva-Marie, the host, recommendation from private chef to fishing guides and they all were great. The beach might be one of the best beaches we have ever been to. It was clean, very few people, and great for kids to swim in. All in all I give this house a 10 out of 10, this includes Eva-Marie. We would defianlty come back. "

"This Casa Perfecto is a very cozy and modest nest to spend heavenly time on the Baja California Sur. Leo and Gabby were there for our every need, such sweet and kind Mexican locals, with knowledge of the area they love to share. Mark, the owner came to his fantastic casa for a spontaneous stay and was kind, gracious and humble considering the piece of heaven he owns! Whale watching was above and beyond right from the Casa, with good binoculars/camera... Highly recommend this magnificent east cape location! Fondest Regards from Canada, Jill and Steve "

"10/10 experience! We had 6 couples in our group, this house was perfect because everyone had their own private bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom and bathroom is stunning! The whole house and property is stunning. We used every amenity the house offered. We really enjoyed the private beach. The owner and the property manager Fernando were fantastic to work with and answered every question we had. Fernando also arranged for us to rent ATV's for a guided tour to a waterfall and that was a really memorable experience. Would 100% recommend this property, we will be back!"

"Staff were wonderful, very helpful and courtesy. The food is devine. Actually, the entire place is definitely a 10 out of 10. Worth the drive down a long dusty road. We watched whales, pelicans, frigate birds and even the Great Egret .. all during breafast, kunch and dinner."

"This was a quiet property away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The rooms and described space/size of accommodations was consistent with the listing. The property was advertised as “oceanfront,” but it was not directly on the ocean. We were charged for a coffee pot that we did not break. We left the home in good condition and were surprised to see this charge added after checkout. There were only two of us staying there and we actually were hardly at the house. We would gladly pay for the pot had we broken it but we hadn’t even touched it. Initially there was resistance regarding the 60$ refund as we had also been charged for the gas needed to go to the store for the pot. With that in mind, had we broken the pot perhaps gas could be included because it was indeed a trek to civilization. But it seemed extra ridiculous since we knew exactly what we had or had not used. It was a little offensive to be erroneously charged and it took multiple steps for ultimate resolution but it was returned and we appreciated the final outcome. The road leading to the home is better than many of the Baja roads but is still a very bumpy course that cannot be quickly covered. The development itself had huge speed bumps. We weren’t sure if this was a work in progress and would eventually get buried but at the time it was definitely hard on the car. Pluses: very reasonably priced,nice hot tub, clean, a quiet location, good view of nighttime sky. Close to Cabo Pulmo. Minuses: Not "
