Beautiful apartment with swimming pool, just a walk away from the golden beaches of Benalmádena. Located in a quiet community, but a stone's throw from bars, restaurants and nightlife.
The apartment consists of a cosy living room with 2 comfortable sofas, television with a complete international package. Well-equipped kitchen with everything necessary to eat at home. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes. From the living room, access is gained to a beautiful glazed terrace with views of the Mijas mountain. The windows open to give the sensation of a completely open terrace. There is a dining table for 4 people and 2 comfortable chairs to relax, a perfect place to sit and watch the sunset.
Air conditioning in all rooms and fast fibre optic Wi-Fi. We provide all bed linen and towels.
The community offers a swimming pool and beautiful gardens to relax and sunbathe. Although not on the seafront, it is very close to both the beach and the promenade where you will find a good variety of places to eat and drink. You are just a few steps from Avenida de Las Palmeras with many restaurants, bars, supermarket and pharmacy. A quiet place but close to everything! You can even walk along the beach (2 km) to the famous Marina of Puerto Benalmádena. The nearest train station (Benalmadena Arroyo de Miel) is about 20 minutes walking.

We love this apartment
This was our second visit to this apartment and we loved it just as much as the first time. The apartment is spotlessly clean and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. There are lots of really good shops, restaurants and bars nearby also buses to nearby resorts. We hope to visit again next year. Thank you Sol Rentals, we have had a wonderful time.

I could have spent a bit more money and got a more modern apartment but that would have meant sacrificing the enclosed patio where we spent virtually every evening, the proximity to the beach, the restaurants, the grocery store and my morning coffee at a great coffee shop a mere 4 minutes away.
The apartment was very clean, and the location was close to the beach. Parking space available, but if there we're bigger cars parked it was sometimes hard to place your car. We had a great vacation.

Really lovely apartment
We have just spent a week in this apartment and loved every minute. Roz who met us with the keys is a lovely lady. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a great weeks holiday and is situated in a perfect place for shops, bars, restaurants, buses etc., We would recommend this apartment and can't wait to book it again for next year.
We can't think how you can improve the apartment, it was perfect for us.

Another great stay in Benalmadena
Location, pool, parking, kitchen, internet access.
Please check the ceiling fan in the room with double bed. It only works with the lights on. Shower cabin is getting old and a replacement by something more simple and more practical would definitely increase the level of comfort in this apartment.
Suggestion: le balai aurai besoin d'être changé et le séchoir à linge n'est pas très solide.

Excelente localização. Muito tranquilo com vizinhança simpática e tranquila. Muito perto de tudo a pé. A piscina sempre limpa e tranquila. Foi a primeira vez mas vamos voltar.
O poliban já é antigo e é de difícil utilização.
The property was in an excellent location very close to all amenities bars and restaurants. Local transport very close and easy to use. The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean and spacious but unfortunately one of the ceiling fans in one bedroom didn’t work unless the light was on, which isn’t good at night.
The airport transfers were superb with friendly drivers and organised by the host
All in all we had a fabulous stay and holiday
