Summary:
The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Benalmádena, with the beautiful Paloma park across the street and the beach just a short walk of 3 minutes away. Nearby is also the well-known sports marina Puerto Marina which is a walk of about 15 minutes away. In the vicinity of the apartment, there is a large Mercadona as well as several emergency shops and restaurants. Arroyo de La Miel, which is the upper Benalmádena, has its own train station that takes you to and from the airport in 30 minutes.
The Space:
Welcome to Benalmádena and this nice apartment with its own sauna with treadmill, private roof terrace, shared pool, and a wonderful view, just minutes from the beach and all that the city has to offer.
When you open the door, you are greeted by a bright and spacious apartment with a large hall and storage areas, a fully equipped and modern kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer, and microwave and kettle. The living room has a large Smart TV with international channels, fast internet via optical fiber, and a large and comfortable sofa bed.
From the living room, you come out on the balcony with sea view and also up to the roof terrace with a fantastic view with sun from morning to evening and a nice lounge group to take it easy in.
There is a fitness room with a private sauna as well as a treadmill and some loose weights. The treadmill is aimed at a fantastic view of the mountains of Benalmádena and Mijas.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a newly renovated bathroom with a shower.
Guest Access:
The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.
To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

For the younger visitors, there is a wonderful delfinarium near the apartment and many other fun activities for children.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.
- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
