LUXURY 3 BEDROOM HOUSE – AT LA QUINTA GOLF COURSE - OCEAN VIEWS- 4 PRIVATE TERRACES - 1 COMMUNITY POOL - 10 MINUTES BEACHES & PUERTO BANUSProperty with outdoor swimming pool, garden and 4 private terraces. 15km from Marbella, 6 km to Puerto Banus and San Pedro beach.
The townhouse consists of 3 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a living room. Malaga airport is 40 min drive away.

This luxury home offers amazing views from nearly every window over golf course and ocean. Enjoy amazing views of the La Quinta Golf Course as well as Marbella (to the east) Puerto Banus (to the south). Located in a well maintained, community in a picturesque hillside village just minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banus. Directly positioned on the LA QUINTA golf course.
There are 3 double bed rooms with access to terrace/garden Master bedroom has king size bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, which can also be converted to a king size bed.

Fantastic stay.

We booked a 4 week winter stay. The property had everything we needed, all of a very high standard. The property is in a quiet location & very near to all amenities. The owner Ute & Margo the property manager were both excellent to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

Superb property, unique location!

We have very much enjoyed our stay at this property! The rooms are great, very spacious living areas, very tastefully decorated, with high standard equipment and last but not least: amazing views overlooking the golf course and Marbella, absolutely unique! Very nearby a hotel (less then 100 m away) turns out to be tremendously convenient, because there is always a taxi available. After a day of sightseeing or shopping, the community pool is a great place to relax. Ute made us feel welcome and helped us switch to holiday modus and feel at home from the very first minute! An absolute recommendation and will come back!

‚home from home’ feeling 😍

Ute‘s town house has a lovely ‘home from home’ feeling - and a great piano! The roof terrace is a bonus; great for watching the sun rise. It’s a very well situated house close to great golf courses restaurants, beach and city centerfor and seeing the area. Ute was a wonderful host.

Great break to explore the Costa del Sol

The property is in a fantastic location with views in all directions - the mountains and the sea, particularly from the roof terrace. It is a beautiful property with plenty of space for us and our 4 boys - 2 teenagers and a 10 & 9 years old. The kitchen has been extended and is a feature as is the master bedroom with a long length of wardrobed corridor from the en-suite to the bedroom itself. Amazing place in a great location which I would recommend to anyone.
