"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. Worst thing about it was the fact that the place had clearly not been cleaned properly. It was really dirty. There was supposed to be...

"Chalet tout à fait conforme à nos attentes, très cosy, avec une magnifique terrasse et une très belle vue. Très bien situé, proche du centre. La navette toute proche permet l'accés à la station et au départ des pistes, sans toucher la voiture pendant tout le séjour.Très bien équipé pour une famille nombreuse et très spacieux."

"Expérience horrible, chalet à fuir absolument ! Propriétaire absent au rendez-vous, piscine non chauffée, pas d'eau chaude, jacuzzi vide et sale, maison insalubre et pas nettoyée depuis des mois... Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à l'état réel du chalet : travaux en cours, fenêtres remplacées par des planches de bois, terrasse dangereuse, présence de gravats...Nous avions payé 300e de suppléments pour avoir les draps sur place, à notre grande surprise, nous les avons trouvés en pagaille...

"We had a wonderful time in this very nice and clean house. Everything we needed for our three-week vacation was available so that we could fully concentrate on exploring the area. And it has a lot to offer. Caves and gorges, Cathar castles, vineyards, the sea... What more could you want? There's also a wonderful pool to cool off in the heat. "I had a really great stay at this hotel. Everything was modern, clean, and comfortable. My room was lovely — very cozy bed, stylish bathroom, and even a fridge, which was super convenient. The whole place feels really well looked after. I stayed in autumn and it was so peaceful. There’s a beautiful little stream behind the hotel, and the pools and outdoor spaces look amazing — perfect for summer. The location is quiet and relaxing, though there aren’t many restaurants nearby. It’s about a 10-minute drive to Quillan. The staff were fantastic — really friendly, welcoming, and professional. The front desk service was excellent, and the waitress at the restaurant was lovely too. Parking on-site was easy and convenient. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the pools and sunshine!"
