The hotel very Good, but charge for parking not good and when I enter the room not clean , but the lady on the frondesck changing the room for me. Room service nice e Breakfast ! I recomend.

A great place facing the Pampulha lake where you can join the locals take a couple miles easy walk around the lake and admires the architectures of the museums, beautiful church and mansions built in late 20th century. The staff was friendly but translation apps needed for further assistance after check-in.

no mais cafe da manha muito bom porem muito barulho de ar condicionado, ou bomba de caixa fazendo muitooo barulho e atrapalhando o sossego. Recepçao atendente cara fechada,camareiras super receptivas, local muito bonito, seguranca ok.

Quarto estava limpo, mas agora eles não colocam mais shampoo no banheiro, já fiquei hospedado aí algumas vezes, irei parar de ir devido a esse detalhe.

Já foi muito melhor, mas piorou muito. Quarto parece que não foi limpo, travesseiro amarelado. Água com cheiro de lodo. Café da manhã bem fraco com poucas opções de frutas. Garagem bem apertada e se você chegar à noite não terá vagas onde irão te encaminhar para um outro estacionamento que não transmite muita segurança. Tem uma boa estrutura mas está descuidado.

Hotel com ótimo custo benefício.

Hotel simples mas com uma decoração agradável. Café da manhã bom e quarto espaço, só precisa melhorar na limpeza. Quando chegamos no quarto parecia que não tinha sido limpo direito, vários cantos com poeira e o chão tbm claramente precisava de passar aspirador de pó ou varrer com mais cuidado. Tirando isso o hotel é ótimo e bem localizado, só faltou um cuidado maior na limpeza e manutenção dos quartos.

Péssimo atendimento e condições do Hotel.

Hotel sem condições de hospedagem, quarto sem curtina, atendimento dos funcionários muito ruim, parece que estamos pedindo um favor. Até pra pagar é complicado, tive que pagar no pix pois não passa nem debito e nem credito, a desculpa é que a maquina está sem conexão, até o almoço no restaurante é complicado. Não voltarei e nem indico pra ninguém.

É cilada bino ,após o chekin tive que retornar a recepção 3 vezes apara acessar o quarto. A duas primeiras vezes devido ao não funcionamento da chave magnética, na terceira tentativa a chave funcionou porém já havia hóspede no quarto, tenho décadas que me hospedando e nuca passei por isso , fato totalmente inusitado. Sem falar de modo geral os funcionários da recepção e restaurantes , totalmente sem educação e despreparados. Sem mais a relatar ,espero que o relato sirva para que os gestores tomem as medidas para melhorar o atendimento do hotel. Grato Marcus Vinícius canto de Sá
