The combined accommodation of these two cottages allows for 13 people to be accommodated in two separate spaces. The first cottage, "Le Noailly," is 140 m² on two levels (ground floor + first floor) and features a kitchen, living room with lounge area, fireplace, dining area and bar, three bedrooms, and a mezzanine with a double bed (140 cm) and a desk area. This cottage can accommodate 8 people. A pleasant relaxation area is located in the veranda.

The second cottage, "Chez Chloé," is a unique and harmonious 96 m² cottage on two levels (ground floor + first floor) and sleeps 5 people. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with television, and three bedrooms. A swimming pool is shared between the two cottages. Horse boarding is available for a fee. Located at the crossroads of three departments—Loire, Saône, and Loire-et-Rhône—discover a small, peaceful hamlet on the edge of the Douglas fir forests of the Haut Beaujolais region, where horses roam amidst rolling landscapes. For your comfort, both cottages are fully equipped. Each house has its own enclosed courtyard and landscaped garden with views of the surrounding countryside. The private, enclosed grounds are shared by a gate that initially separated them (the owners have a right of way to feed their horses and maintain the swimming pool).

The swimming pool, shared by both houses, offers breathtaking views of the rolling green hills. The pool is equipped with a system that regulates its temperature during the summer months.
