「Wengen - Wow! And what a perfect chalet to experience it from. It is cozy, beautiful, well-located and….the view! I jokingly said that postcards must have been invented here because otherwise no one would believe that such a place exists. The decor of the chalet is beautiful and cozy. It invites “hanging out”. The glass doors that accordion open to the deck let you fully immerse yourself in that view. Six of us (three couples) enjoyed the house immensely. The only thing to note is the bathroom...

Leider war es nicht do sauber,voralkem der Backofen,und allgemein das Geschirr inkl.der Racletteofen.Wir mzsdten alles zuerst nocheinmal abwaschen.Leider ist das Haus ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.Daher finden wir den Preis viel zu hoch.」

「This chalet was a perfect basecamp for traveling the Interlaken region. It is within a 20-minute walk of a major train station and the bus is one minute from the front door. My husband and I adored the small village where it is located. It was amazing to stay in a small and quiet location and easily get to the busier city of Interlaken. 「Wir haben die Woche im Chalet Weitblick sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider war das Geschirr sehr schmutzig. Wir mussten praktisch alles abwaschen bevor wir es benutzen konnten. Ist jedoch der einzige negative Punkt. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.」

「Overall, the property worked for our needs. The address listed is actually to the rental property office, but the exact house. So it’s a bit farther out of downtown than it seems, but we had a car and it seemed public transport was close by. Showers are quite small, but normal for Europe. Beds are very firm,but fine for a short trip. Kitchen has basic essentials. We had to wash some of the bedding when we arrived on two beds as they smelled used and sweaty. 「The photos of the property do not do it justice. It is FANTASTIC. We celebrated my 60th birthday with a trip to our beloved Grindelwald. My 86 year old dad traveled with us. We got a hotel by the train station (the Derby) at which we've enjoyed staying on previous trips. He would not have handled the 45 steps to Chalet M very well.
