"Room was very clean and the towels changed daily. Parking was no problem and free. Plenty of places left at all times if day and night. Breakfast was super too. Scrambled eggs and hash browns and other veg options. Staff were uniformly friendly. I would definitely recommend. I stayed for six nights. Did not use the gym so could not comment but I expect it was well kept. Very close to the Buffslo airport. But not the classic airport hotel. It’s Lee."

"Clean room, bed was comfortable. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night for a family event, we would definitely book with them again when we need a place to stay. :) Expedia site was very easy to navigate and book the room."

"Best Western that is near the highway and close to food options. The rooms are smaller, especially if you don't get a suite. The hotel is fairly updated but could use some maintenance attention. The prices were standard for Buffalo, NY and the breakfast was decent to be included with the room. The rooms are quiet and the beds/pillows were comfortable."

"Very convenient location for visiting the falls. Room was clean and comfortable. I noticed that there are no coffee makers in the room. I hate having to go downstairs for my first cup while I get ready in the morning. The coffee machines in the lobby are slow. I can't get half decaf with these machines--very restrictive. Also, no plastic bag in the ice bucket. Staff wouldn't give my husband the points for our stay because I made the reservation, even though I don't have a rewards account."

"Great stay at the hotel. Although the neighborhood is sketchy at night. Had 2 different incidents where sketchy individuals tried to get my attention. The first to ask for directions and do I know my way around the neighborhood? Second, strange couple, tall black man and young white woman in a wheelchair. Both were trying to initiate contact but I am from NYC so I was able to easily handle that, but others should be aware. Also the next morning I was awakened by 3-5 children using the hallway as their playground by some unscrupulous parents. When I called downstairs, they immediately sent security and it was taken care of."
