  • After a complete renovation, this trendy apartment in the heart of downtown is finally ready for you--2 blocks from the waterfront.
    Featured as one of Bellefonte's most historic buildings on the Bellefonte Historic Walking Tour.
    Premium mattresses, Comforters, sheets, and pillows plus towels and toiletries provided
    Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed
    Bedroom 2 has 1 full size bed and 1 xl twin
    As well as 1 full size bathroom.
    KEURIG with Latte option
    Roku and YoutubeTV with Disney, Apple TV, Hulu, etc
    The apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator.
    Parking for 1 car behind the building during the day plus free parking on the street and in municipal parking lot across the street on evenings and Sundays. There is a private entrance (staircase) to this apartment behind the building.
    Located in downtown Bellefonte. One block from Main Street, two blocks from Talleyrand Park. There are a lot of great restaurants and neat little shops nearby.
    It's an easy 15 minute drive to downtown State College and Beaver Stadium.

This apartment was absolutely stunning by far one of the cleanest VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the location couldn’t have been better. The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely be returning! And the boccerball was a fun bonus such a great touch!

A birthday surprise

We wanted to explore a new town on the way to our final destination. We found this delightful downtown spot rich with history. We also loved the attention to detail and added amenities. The board games and arcade games were a hit for both the kids and adults! Thanks for a wonderful stay, we will be back! We loved our stay and look forward to visiting again! The property description is misleading. It listed 1.5 bathrooms, but there is only one. I was unaware of this until I arrived at the property. Keep in mind that I had been communicating with the property manager, for over 4 months. To start, I was not informed that you had to trek up these old, steep, metal stairs to enter the rented area. Or, you could walk up the frontstairs, but the entrance is narrow and its a lot of stairs. My mother came with me, as my daughter was graduating from college. Navigating both sets of stairs was tricky for her and required someone having to help her the whole time. The property was not clean. The pillow covers smelled as if someone had slept on them with dirty hair. Thank God I travel with extra sheets, pillowcases, and towels. They noted that they have a Murphy bed in the living room. It was broken, and unusable. I have no idea if any of the comforters had ever been cleaned between renters. They had stains. The pantry had expired food in the cabinets. Glasses were set as if they were washed, but some were dirty. The countertops and the place settings on the table had food crumbs under and on top of them. The living room furniture was dirty as well. I couldn't sit on the couch. Overall this place needs a complete overhaul including a new mattress in the bedroom with the single queen bed.

Love the historical feel!

The ambience was wonderful! The decor was a cross between modern and historical, adding to the charm. The Mrs. PacMan was a huge hit!
