「I have stayed here many times over the last 35 years. I was born and raised in Dunedin. This property has so much potential but is fairly run down and in need of renovation. The location is great as it's Central to many restaurants & businesses in Downtown Dunedin. It's also on the water w/beautiful sunsets and views of Barrier Islands. The swimming pool available for guests is a nice size but is in desperate need of resurfacing. We enjoy the Marker 8 bar for its drinks and there's also live...

The kitchen had literally everything you might need to cook with. The shower was spacious, and the rainfall shower head was a pleasant bonus. The only thing that was inconvenient was the bathroom sink that was super shallow, so the water was getting splashed everywhere. The...

「It was a nice apartment and was perfect for what we were looking for, but honestly a bit ridiculous that the hosts don’t provide basic things like toilet paper/dish soap... I received the message after it’s time for check-in that there was enough for the first day but after that we’re required to buy our own. I already have to wash the dishes and clean the house before leaving, at least provide the means to do so… Or make it clear on your page before booking that you won’t. Feels a bit like...
