Andale dicono in Argentina!

Weekend di sport della figlia, gara al palazzetto di Igea Marina, dall'inizio qualche perplessità sulla qualità dei pasti, migliorati dal secondo giorno, il personale o perlomeno alcuni, sembrano capitati per caso a servire, dimostrandolo con attese ingiustificate per l'esiguità del numero di ospiti dell'hotel. Anche il caffè e cappuccino senza cucchiaini non depone a favore, probabilmente manca un coordinatore di sala, la tavola al mattino della colazione senza il coperto ne è dimostrazione. La struttura si presenta pulita ma forse avrebbe bisogno di una "rinfrescata" essendo datata, il numero di stelle, 4, non si rispecchia nell'aspetto, è comunque pur sempre una soluzione per brevi soggiorni senza pretese.

Nice location but differente hotel provided

The location is very convenience. The staff is super friendly. I had a new experience in my life, I booked a room in a 4 stars Hotel "Elisabeth" and they provided me Hotel Villa Titus so called Dependance. It is a different hotel category (remove some stars) next to hotel Elisabeth. So be careful if you receive what you pay for.

Struttura vicino al mare. Check-in tremendo,2 ore di ritardo,porta camera rotta,cassaforte difettosa, muri sporchi con crepe,le doccia piena di calcare e non parliamo della sporcizia della piscina e l'acqua jacuzzi che il alta stagione era verde. Richiesto pagamento al check-in. Insolito, nessun problema ma l’impressione quasi di essere clienti non graditi per fare spazio più in fretta possibile al successivo, evitando perdite di tempo. La camera è stata fatta alle 21:00 di sera, non il massimo. Bella la piscina e molto cordiale il bagnino. Nel complesso l’albergo non male, tutte le comodità necessarie, anche se forse un 4 stelle moderno offrirebbe maggiore qualità a parità di prezzo. Non bellissimo il trattamento riservato per il parcheggio, nonostante l’hotel l’avesse (e su Expedia era indicato nei servizi) siamo stati frettolosamente invitati a trovarne un altro poiché pieno. Nel complesso non una brutta esperienza ma poteva essere meglio con un po’ di cortesia in più, dato anche il costo non indifferente visto il periodo.

Come prima cosa l’accoglienza, che in Romagna è sempre TOP, la signora , senza neanche controllare, ci ha detto che li non potevamo lasciare le moto perché aspettava dei clienti, noi non lo eravamo? Ci era stato detto che la camera era vista mare, io vedevo solo la lavanderia e il parcheggio. La camera era piccola e non si poteva stare in piedi in 2 contemporaneamente , con un armadio senza ante e un solo comodino. per quanto riguarda la colazione, la sala sarebbe da rimodernare, le tovagliette erano di plastica e i tovaglioli erano quelli più scarsi sul mercato e, come ciliegina sulla torta, le tazze del caffè e the senza piattino e i bicchieri per il succo di PLASTICA. NON È UN QUATTRO STELLE. Unico pregio la pulizia delle camere
