「Four of us (2 adults and two teens) had a great stopover in Como. Beautiful, clean apartment in excellent location. Just about everywhere is walkable and there’s lots of nice places to eat, drink and shop in the immediate vicinity. Check in was easy, just needed to touch base with Marco before arriving. My Italian isn’t great but his English was impeccable. He is an excellent host! Would be more than happy to recommend. 」

「The best location in town ... 2 bloody from the ferry station, restaurants options right in front of you , walkable from the train station, I totally recommend this place ... my room was huge , I was a little scared at the beginning because the pictures don't really show the condition of the place ... I totally recommend this place !!! 」

「The staff went far and beyond to provide the best services and assistance. Laura gave us very detailed instructions on how to get around the area. Their rooms are very cute and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Laura even arranged an earlier breakfast for us, so we could catch the early bus/ferry. We really appreciated their assistance and will come back soon. The location is great, just 2 minutes to San Giovani ferry and 5 minutes from bus station.」

「Wonderful gem walking distance to the lake. Host was incredibly gracious and kind. Made reservations at local restaurant for us with fabulous food. The room was very spacious with a wonderful balcony and large bathroom. The local beach was an 8 minute walk with a roped off swim area. 」

「部屋は最高です。特にバスルーム（バスタブ）が気に入りました。 ここはホテルというか部屋を貸してくれる感じで、レセプションもロビーもありません。 到着したらオーナー（？）が出迎えてくれて、カギを渡されつつ開錠の説明を受け、チェックインもパスポートを写メ撮られるだけです。 ちょうど帰国前の宿泊だったので、チェックアウト当日の朝は70ユーロで空港まで送ってもらいました。 ホテルサービスを期待したり旅に慣れていない方には不向きかもしれませんが、滞在するには最高の部屋でした。」
