Overlooking the signature #7 hole of the Arnold Palmer Legend Golf Course, this beautiful 5 bdr, 4 bath vacation home has everything you`ll need for the ideal getaway. Enjoy the expansive outdoor deck for an afternoon BBQ or pizza, soak in the hot tub, or kick back around the fire pit - all with gorgeous golf course views. Plenty of room to spread out, this home is perfect for larger groups. Includes private access to Summit Beach Club on Lake Bellaire and outdoor community swimming pool!

This is a beautiful property, very spacious and well stocked. The host was very responsive to questions before our arrival.However, upon our arrival, the driveway was difficult to maneuver, even with four-wheel drive due to patched snow covered by 2 to 3 inches of powder. This was resolved when we shoveled the driveway ourselves.We also discovered late Saturday halfway through our stay, a dryer full of towels, and a washing machine full of wet towels. Seems like they should have been removed and placed in the linen closets where we could find them for our use.Other than this, which was totally maintenance issues, this home and our hostess were delightful and we enjoyed a wonderful weekend.

The water pressure and heat of the water were amazing. I could not figure out how to cool down the rooms upstairs. We srt it to 68 and they stayed at 75 the entire time. The fireplace would go on for no reason and when we first arrived, some of the wall outlets were not working.

We had a board retreat in this space and it was amazing! Everyone had their own rooms, we had tons of space to work and have fun. This place was absolutely amazing! We would definitely stay here again!!!!

Host was very responsive and the house was in a great setting/area right on the Legends Golf Course at Shanty Creek. Fast WiFi and extremely nice upstairs area with bunk room. Downstairs living room was well appointed with a beautiful view and deck area.

OUTSTANDING FAMILY VACAY!

Our family of 9 stayed at this beautiful home and loved everything about it! From the spacious, comfy, and well- appointed interior; to the beautiful deck and vistas overlooking the golf course; to the private beach access and accessibility to numerous golf courses and charming towns; this home had it all!! Communication by the host was excellent!! Highly recommend this property, and hope to come back in the future!

Beautiful Home

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view from the living room was breathtaking. The downstairs living area gave room for family to have time for themselves while enjoying the lovely area. Communication was wonderful.

Lovely Stay

Had a great time at this property. Lots of room to spread out for a large family. Kitchen was well appointed and there was plenty of amenities. The fire pit and hot tub were great for the evenings and we enjoyed the private beach club on Lake Bellaire. Will definitely bookmark this property for another stay in the future.

Perfect getaway before back to school!

The Shanty Creek property had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time away from home. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The fire pit and hot tub were the perfect way to end a long day on the lake.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time with our family. The house was well-equipped with basic cooking needs. The location was perfect. We especially loved the beach club that we used almost every day. Grocery store, fun shopping in Bellaire and Shorts were all an easy drive.

Relaxing stay

Family trip was enhanced by this well equipped property. Lots of space for a full group of adults to spread out, and kitchen was well stocked with accessories. Porch and fire pit were great for evenings. Downtown isn't far, and an easy bike ride. Host response time is excellent.

Ski weekend get-away

We had a fabulous stay! Gorgeous home and setting. We skied at Shanty/Schuss and enjoyed coming back to the beautiful views and the hottub. Kitchen was well equipped- we cooked in for a few meals. The only issue we ran into was upon arrival we had trouble making it up the driveway since it had not been plowed yet. However they were very quick in responding and remedying the situation. The only suggestion we had about the place is adding a door (vs. the curtain) to the basement bedroom. Overall loved the stay and would love to come back!

10 out of 10! Excellent rental property for large group.

We came for a winter weekend with our four adult daughters, their significant others and our grandson and no one wanted to leave on Sunday. The space is beautiful, plenty of room for everyone! The house has everything you need! We came prepared to cook all meals there, the kitchen is fully stocked and it was wonderful time together. We enjoyed tubing at Shanty Creek, Skiing at Schuss Mtn, sledding at the little incline at the house, played lots of games, enjoyed the hot tub and a fire in the fire place all day long. We did bring our own wood with us so was nice to have plenty of that as it was weather for a fire for sure. We hit the first big snow of the year and the views onto the golf course were spectacular. We will be back!

Beautiful surroundings

Home is lovely, and amenities were good too. Only issue was the WiFi kept going out and we needed to reset if often. Might suggest Spectrum install a new router. Otherwise everything was nice. Had almost everything we needed.
