Mountain Bikers Retreat
Welcome to a mountain bikers haven! Just 2 minutes (on bike) from the trail of the Bella Vista back 40 our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom sanctuary is located in a little cul-de-sac with lots of privacy and beautiful views of the Ozarks. Our home features a master suite with a king size bed and a second bedroom / bath with 3 twin beds. Enjoy the open living space while catching up after some great rides! The beautiful sun room offers lovely views of the wooded back yard and a great coffee spot.

The stay was nice the house is in a very quiet neighborhood. The master bed was sagging in the center and the sofa is uncomfortable. Distance to the bike paths is GREAT.

NWA mountain bike trip
Quiet neighborhood. We liked the fenced in back yard for the dogs. Short ride to get to the Back 40, Blowing Springs and the Greenway. King bed mattress is very comfortable.

Nice Place!
Other than a couple of small hiccups, was a really nice place to stay. Heat was turned off when we got there so house was only 41 degrees, took a bit to warm up. Quiet neighborhood, close to basically everything. Host was very easy to get a hold of check in check out was easy peasy. Price was right would stay again.

Great property!! Do not use this booking agency. Use the other option.
This review will most likely not stay up. We had issues that were really out of our hosts control and they worked with us and did everything to make it right. I certainly do not want this review to negatively effect the host or the property. The property was perfect for us. However if you get money refunded vrbo will keep some of it. This property is listed with another company. I recommend booking with the other company because they actually have customer service and will take care of issues much better. I cannot type out the other company because they will censor it here.

Amazing getaway
Traveled with my husband and our 2 dogs. This house was beautiflul and had a huge backyard! Communication with the host was great and we were even able to extend our stay by a night. My only concern is there are no lights in the backyard so our dogs were scared to go out by themselves at night lol - that was easily fixed by buying a flashlight, though. The house was beautiful and we had all the amenities we needed. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Beautiful location
This is are second staying at this property. There is a 2 year time from the first stay to this stay. We had frustrating check in that the property manager immediately resolved. I am sad that prior visitors in the 2 year time frame have not been so kind during their stay. Great location and a very peaceful area.

Mountain Bike Trip
Great location - just a couple minutes to pedal over to Blowing Springs and Back 40. Short drive to downtown Bentonville.
Nice fenced yard for the dogs.
Bed was comfortable. House has plenty of space. Love having the garage to store the bikes and gear.
The “sofa” is not very comfortable but the chairs are nice and the enclosed back porch was a pleasant surprise. Hope to stay here again.

Bella Vista Stay
We arrived at the property and it was accurate to what was online. Since we brought our motorcycle, the garage was nice to have. We loved the large fenced backyard for our dog. We had a great stay!
