「Clean room. Staff is rlly nice and knowledgeable. Location is pretty good. Next to a lot of handy stuff and cute shops. Not far from the beach too. :P」

「Ocean view was amazing. Our room was clean. It is an older building but we had a great stay there. The man running the place was the best. 」

「Place was falling apart.. no other way to put it. Pillow and sheets were dirty. Used soap on the counter bathroom door was falling apart and had a hole in it and it just was a horrible place.. I ended up walking across the street and booked another hotel to stay the night. My son found mold in the bathroom and the floor was collapsing in on itself by the door.. Do not recommend to anyone 」

「Charging $20 to check in 30 minutes early is why I won’t use this company again. Corporate greed! What happened to old fashioned common sense. The room is available. I told the lady at the counter we just want to drop our bags off and we won’t be back until midnight. We were the only people in the whole complex. She said it was policy. Best Western lost a customer for life!!」

From Rachel,Demetrius,Kris and everyone at front desk, housekeeping,maintenance, the morning staff at breakfast to the pool area bartender were amazing. The pool area was very clean as was the hotel. 「The receptionist was extremely rude, which made us feel that we had made a mistake booking this place as soon as we arrived. We were also required to wait four hours to check in. The hotel offered a scavenger hunt game for the kids. My daughter spent a significant amount of time completing all the tasks so she could receive the prize. However, when she went to claim it, the receptionist was again very rude and did not even seem to care whether the tasks had been completed or not. At the very...

「I stay here every time I go to whitecap beach and it’s always a great stay! Staff is always pleasant, abr complimentary breakfast is great. The only down side is they had no clean towels to spare but it’s not a huge deal. I highly recommend it here.」

「Had a good view of the ocean, the staff was vary friendly and polite, the property its self wasn't at all great mainly the bathroom and bedding and wall sockets, there where several holes in patches in the bathroom, and the carpets where coming up and barely held down with duct tape, the door to the bathroom was broken and we struggled to open and close it, shower pressure was also really weak. 「The rooms were very clean and staff continually dried the lobby floor allsay and night so nobody woukd trip from the wetness everyone was bringing in from the pool and beach. Staff welcomed us each time we entered the hotel and wished us fun on the beach when they noticed we were headed that way. 「The location was great. The room was nice/clean however, it was a very nosey hotel. I was on night-shift for a construction site and it was difficult to sleep during the day with the cleaners and other families/children on multiple occasions.」
