「Perfect location for me. Great pizza delivered to my room. So much good food and great beaches and grocery stores within a couple blocks. Simple, good WiFi, cold AC. All I needed. However if an occasional gecko, roach, or some pealing paint ruins your day this may not be the place for you. 」

Also, the onsite laundry service insured we went home looking and smelling suave. We would definitely recommend Palmetto Garden.」

「We had a wonderful experience at this location. Check-in was very easy, and the host was most accomodating with our early check-in request. The location is convenient to much of what we wanted to see in Belize City. The studio apartment was neat and clean with all of the accessories that we would have wanted. It is our plan to return to Belize City in the future and our hope to again stay at this location.」

「I LOVE this place,. Every unit offers a from porch for sitting out. The unit motif is complimentary to the island, love the colors vibrant yellows in the yellow studio. AC if needed, little fridge and microwave for leftovers, clean and functioning bathrooms, TV WIFI. 「Wonderful property and location. It had everything we needed for our stay. My family enjoyed the kayaks and sitting on the patio taking in the sunrise. Communication was excellent and the assistance with arrival the property was perfect in getting there seamlessly.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carmen’s Rental in Belize City. It was a great central location to take in local tours from and we felt very safe to walk around the area as well. Easy 10 minute taxi drive to downtown. Carmen was very easy to communicate with and provided recommendations for restaurants, tours and taxi operators.」

「We really enjoyed the place; clean, well appointed, deck, pool, and grounds. Abner was very responsive to any questions. The only downside was the noise in the morning and late night. It is a lively place on Front St. Convenient to everything.」

「Really good, large apartment equipped well. Pool was small but excellent for a dip to cool off. The location is fantastic, close enough to downtown it's only a short cart ride away and there are several bars within walking distance that were all good. The Property Managers are truly excellent though. From booking flights and trips, helping with last minute delays and generally making a vacation very easy. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks Jessie!」
