We stayed for our first time in Belgrade the St Regis was absolutely incredible! The hotel was brand new and the staff were some of the most courteous and helpful people we’ve met, anywhere! My only feedback on the property is that some of the things in the room were not working properly like the way the shower was pitched towards the back instead of towards the drain and the AC in the room kept clicking off and then back on but it did work. The just need to tighten up on those small things and they’ll be the perfect hotel!

Best service ever!!

I am a frequent traveler and prefer smaller quirky hotels. But the service at this hotel makes me reconsider my preferences. This hotel has the most amazing staff and service, by far the best experience in many years!! The facilities here are brilliant; gym, spa and restaurant was top quality… I am not a fan off new and modern, but here I make an exception!! 10/10 They noticed I drank a lot of coffee, so they had a little gift bag with coffee ready when we left, attention to every detail!

The Hotel is very luxury and beautiful, but the staff was not well trained, at least not at the St. Regis standards, in my room there was no laundry bag, no writing pen, no cotton pads. I have to call for everything. It feels like something is missing, hopefully they will mange the property better in the future.
