The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was a bit on the small side, but we spent most of our time outside anyway. The bathroom was spacios and clean. I would stay here again.

The hotel entry is within a pedestrianized street. Was granted an early checkin. Wifi was strong. Hot water and shower were good. Easy access to Belgrade's commercial pedestrian zones and Republic Square. Large mult-story parking garage required some patience due to its heavy use; you may need to wait to gain entry to garage and the charge is €12.50 per day.

I wouldn’t stay here again — it’s overpriced (including the breakfast). WiFi is weak; the staff needs to be more welcoming; flushing is a little challenging; the elevator is too small and too slow; there’s no light on the balcony; there are not many choices for breakfast, and they don’t refill the items. The location is great though!

No running water while refusing to offer us help

We checked in at around 6 pm, upon checkin, we were told that when we get into our room, water pressure might be weak or we might not even have water but it should come around any moment now. We took a look and there was no running water at all. We left our room one hour later with still no running water and left for a dinner two streets away from hotel (which, by the way, had no water issues). After returning to hotel at around midnight, hotel was still out of water, and there is where our trouble begin. While I understand that it was not hotels fault for no water, their customer service failed. Hotel refused to give us single bottle of water, and of course, we had to go out and buy our own water just to use toilet in 2023 in the middle of Serbias capital city while hotel did absolutely NOTHING about situation. After that I contacted hotels.com which offered to cancel and refund our stay, however, hotel managers refused to connect to hotels.com and give approval for that because they were not working at the moment. I tried to talk to receptionist which called manager on the phone upon my request. Manager refused to talk to me, because, and I quote "its not her working hours at the moment" and they did not care at all. I'm impressed at lack of customer service at this hotel given that they did not bother to do anything AT ALL during Friday night in heart of capital city of Serbia. Do not stay here, there are better places around that are even cheaper.

the hotel is on the top levels of a building only. The location is really good: right next to tourist-oriented walking streets with hundreds of cafes etc. BUT the rooms are really not well-kept: our room had stucco and paint FALLING OFF under the window, the shower was half-broken (pipe not secured, so it was shaking when on), and leaking. The drainage in the shower was bad so when you showered, the bathroom floor FLOODED :))) So even though the hotel looks renovated, I am not sure WHO renovated it - not sure that whoever did it, knows the building norms/codes because it's scarily bad work. In short: next time if we go to Belgrade, we wont book it.

Tavsiye ederim.

Konum olarak mükemmel bir otel ayrıca ulaşım ağlarına yakınlık olarak da öyle. Gün içerisinde bir iki saat dinlenip programınıza devam edebilirsiniz. Belgrad gibi yürüyerek gezilen bir şehirde bu çok önemli. Hidrofor sesi hariç rahatsız edici hiçbir şey yoktu. Personele de teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar gelirsek bu oteli tercih edeceğiz. Sadece hidrofor sesinin daha az geldiği oda istenebilir.
