「The Hotel is very luxury and beautiful, but the staff was not well trained, at least not at the St. Regis standards, in my room there was no laundry bag, no writing pen, no cotton pads. I have to call for everything. It feels like something is missing, hopefully they will mange the property better in the future.」

「ベオグラードの１等地にあるたいへん立派な老舗ホテルでした クラシカルですが清潔でお部屋も広々していました アメニティも素敵です 洗面所はかなり狭くシャワーを浴びると洗面所が水びたしになりかなり気持ち悪かったです 水よけのガラス板が小さ過ぎて全く意味ありません それ以外は朝食も素晴らしいし立地も最高なのでおすすめです」
