⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stay at AirStar Hotel! I really enjoyed my stay at AirStar Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was great, and I had a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend AirStar Hotel to others!

The location is in a China town part of the city, close to the airport. If you need transport to airport, you can order it from the front desk. The breakfast was ok. The room is of a good size, everything is clean. The only thing is the drainage in the shower was not going fast enough.

The hotel is very close to the airport, but the surroundings of the hotel do not look good. The hotel inside was very clean and nice. We ordered transportation to and from the hotel (had a connecting flight about 4 hours after landing) and explained that it was 4 of us with luggage. They confirmed (over phone) that price was 30 euros, but instead coming with a big car/SUV, they came in 2 small cars and asked for 40 euros.The drivers very punctual and nice, but the price was not what had been agreed.

Second time booking this hotel and if we come to Belgrade again we will definitely book it! Very clean, modern, convenient ! Continental breakfast offers a great variety, communication with staff was easy, they are going above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. They offer pick up and drop off at the airport which is also very helpful. Highly recommend !

The Air Star Hotel is very much to be recommended. Being a little bit off-site, it can afford to offer a good, full service at decent prices and acceptable conditions in a manageable distance to Nikola Tesla Airport, Belgrade. I enjoyed the stay, the young staff was very kind, supportive and perfectly english speaking. The room was comfortable, the breakfast and the conference rooms in the attika make a special asset with the potential to become a roof top bar, too. Looking forward to next time at this place.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the very start, the team was incredibly responsive, answering all of my emails and questions promptly and thoroughly. Their customer service is top-notch! The hotel itself was spotless, with every area well-maintained and inviting. The breakfast was absolutely excellent—fresh and delicious! Additionally, the airport transfer service was flawless. The shuttle arrived on time and made the journey seamless, ensuring I had a stress-free experience getting to and from the airport. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-serviced stay.

Cons: The black out curtains were not able to fully blackout the light, as curtain was too small and not on all the way. I couldn't figure out the air conditioning. On the way to catch the bus to the airport I was greeted by aggressive street dogs. Loud Chinese guests heard yelling throughout the night. Pros: friendly, helpful staff 24/7. Great continental breakfast.

Hope you have better luck....

While this hotel was fairly new, close to the airport and room was specious and nice, there was a major issue - no running water!!! Staff was very friendly and professional and they have eventually moved us to a different hotel owned by a same owner so that we can shower and get ready for another travelling day. However, new room much smaller and had only 2 towels and not enough beds and/or bedding. I forgot to mention we were family of 3... Considering this is in Serbia and close to its capital, this is should not be happening in 2025. It seems like these hotels were built with no appropriate infrastructure in the corn fields and I feel bad for people working there and having to face disappointed customers daily. Our stay was only for one night and with move and early flight we really just got to shower and take a 2 hour nap:(
