Good for solo travel

The location is convenient and very close to the city centre. Parking is not on the premises, and difficult to know where to park before arrival. Clean and good breakfast with a nice view of the river.

Good except air condition

Everything was good, but the air conditioning seemed to be off or broken, and we were told to open a window. The nights got very hot in all of our three rooms which is a big minus of course. Otherwise friendly staff and cool hotel.

Great restaurant, not so great rooms.

Hotel has a lovely reception and lobby, staff are great but the rooms are old and tired. The Aircon didn't work in either room we were in. Bed was comfortable enough. The restaurant is a go-to. Bogdan is a lovely guy and a credit to the industry. The food was also fabulous. We didn't enjoy breakfast but that's probably just our preferences. There was plenty of choice, just not great quality. The spa pool was nice and the sauna was handy, the steam room was out of order. Overall a fine stay but not for the price we paid.

Très bien pour un séjour à Belgrade

Très bel hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Belgrade et proche de tous les transports en commun. Un marché de produit frais est juste en face et des échoppes L’hôtel est très propre et neuf, le personnel est bien sauf que nous avons eu plusieurs informations contradictoires sur les tarifs et au sujet du petit déjeuner qui était finalement payant alors qu’annoncé gratuit au début du séjour Néanmoins je reviendrais dans cet hôtel si j’ai l’occasion car les prestations sont très bonnes Le restaurant à une belle vue sur la ville et la rivière et les chambres sont très confortables À recommander !

Flott hotell i sentrum.

Et kjempefint hotell i gå avstand til det meste i byen. Rommet var fint og rent. Fantastisk frokostbuffet. Tidlig innsjekk var en mulighet da rommene var klare. Godt klimaanlegg som vi brukte da det var veldig varmt de dagene vi var i byen.

Schönes Hotel, aber mit Mängel in bestimmten Zimmern

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Frühstück ok, aber das Zimmaer, was wir hatten war echt schrecklich. In der Beschreibung stand es, dass das Zimmer über den Stadtblick verfügt, aber das war nur ein Souterrain. Das Fenster war so hoch (mit dem Blick auf Autoparkplatz), dass ich es nur vom Stuhl öffnen konnte. Im Zimmer war es sehr dunkel, man konnte keine Sonne sehen, obwohl das Wetter schön war. Wie ist das Wetter konnten wir erst erkennen, als wir draußen gegangen sind. Ich wollte das Zimmer wechseln und mir wurde versprochen, dass ich das ab dem nächsten Tag machen kann. Aber es ist leider nicht passiert, weil es angeblich doch keine andere Zimmer frei waren. Die Frauen an der Rezeption haben mich mehrmals mit leeren Versprechungen abgespeit. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren zwar nett aber nicht unbedingt hilfsbereit und verständnisvoll. Endlich mal haben wir doch das Souterrain gewechselt. Wir bekamen eine andere Souterrain, aber wenigstens mit 2 Fenster (aber auch so hoch plaziert). Es war aber ein bisschen heller drin. Aber ohne Licht angemacht zu haben ging es den ganzen Tag nicht. Ich finde, diese Art des Zimmers (2 Bett Zimmer in niedrigeren Etagen) sollten ein Vermerk bekommen, dass es ein Souterrain mit Mini- Fenster, dunkel (und depressiv) und mit dem Ausblick auf die Autos von unten ist.

Great stay in the center of Belgrade

It's difficult to find a hotel in the Balkans with Western service, however this one is very close. Great staff, nice room, incredible restaurant with free breakfast on the roof, and very close to the tourist spots in old Belgrade.
