「The house is as advertised, beautiful and well equipped. The location is isolated enough for privacy, but only 35 minutes from Samara. There is air conditioning in all of the bedrooms, which is necessary given the heat and humidity. The property manager Diego is really helpful and communicative. A great location!」

「Gorgeous views! The most incredible sunrise and sunset views! Howler monkeys wake you in the morning. Birds glide round you through the day making you feel like you’re living on a perch on a cliff. The views are endless. And you can see them right from the kitchen. The pool is gorgeous. Very clean and well kept and a nice size. Kitchen well equipped though no oven. 「One week before arrival i replied to the emails send by vacasa/vrbo; 3 emails to ask for local persons contact. Did not receive any reply on the emails. So we had to wait by the gate. Had to call to vacasa USA, several calls, a mess. Once entered the property, big was the surprise when we saw the walls full of dirty traces in all chambers! Oxidation from the fans made a complete mess. Bedsheets, walls, all full of sprinkled oxidation. Also only 1 towel per person for the whole stay (4days!)...

「Plenty of room for 8 adults and 3 young children. It is an easy walk to the beach from the property. I would recommend renting a golf cart or car to get to town and neighboring Carrillo beach. 「We LOVED staying here. It was a nice reprieve from the town centre and offered a completely different view being up so high.
