「Friendly and helpful staff-thank you!」

「Very clean, room was as expected. Air conditioning was wonderful. The square right outside our apartment entrance was full of restaurants and very easy walking distance to other areas. Would definitely book again!」

「Very good hospitality and the room was awesome with a wonderful view to the historical bridge far from the hotel. Only the thing I found a bit difficult was there's no elevator, that makes your life a bit harder to bring your heavy suitcase if you're staying upper than room 3. 」

「The staff a the Holiday Inn (Gaia Residence) were helpful and communicative during the check in process. The room is spacious. It had a full size fridge and electric cooktop, microwave and sink. The room and all of the spaces were clean. The room is older but bit worn and so that made it great value. The breakfast is not included however that can be be paid for at the host station with a credit card. Parking is free with some of the limited spaces out front but they do have elevator access...

「Great location !! Would recommend!」

Unfortunately a few maintenance issues which have clearly been ongoing for a while with nothing done about them. The main ones being the drip dripping electric hot water tank, towels had been placed underneath to catch the drips but these...
