Private: natural state property, terraced garden, parking at the house. Shop 1 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Begur plaça Forgas" 2 km, railway station "Flaça" 30 km, sandy beach "Sa Riera" 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km. Nearby attractions: Illes Medes 20 km. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Schönes Haus aber leider nicht sauber

Die Lage und das Haus sind echt schön aber leider wurde dieses durch die schlechte Sauberkeit getrübt. Zunächst war das Geschirr nicht sauber und noch mit Essensreste vom Vorbewohner verdreckt. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer hat dann neben Stiften und andere Dinge auch ein Haufen von Essenskrümmel zwischen den Kissen beinhaltet. Dann gab es im Haus keine Klobürsten und auch keinerlei Reinigungsmittel. Auf Anfrage und drängen gab es dann neue Klobürsten und zumindestens Toilettenreiniger.

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber mit hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet. Der untere Stock riecht feucht. Die anderen beiden sind trocken. Toiletten befinden sich nicht auf der Wohnebene, aber das stört kaum. Der traumhafte Blick macht alles weg. Auch der Pool hat Meerblick und liegt direkt unterhalb des Hauses.
