"I guess they were low on staff. It took forever for housekeeping to bring anything we needed to the room, the night bar staff was rude and so was the guy at the mini shop. When we checked in the supervisor helped us out and made us feel welcomed but every other time I came to the counter for something the staff was very short. I wasn’t too impressed with the hotel do what we paid for. The kids loved the pool area. It was also very expensive to eat but the portions were small. I would say it was a once in a life time experience, we probably won’t stay again. "

"Main door issue upon arrival after midnight- top corner of door stuck in door jam. We were unable to close the door, and beds inside the porch door were cold at night, in sub zero temps. The next day I also realized the wifi information provided was not correct, making working extremely difficult. Messaged vrbo/property manager regarding issues, and didnt hear back, so 6 hours later reached out to VRBO via chat. The conclusion of the hour long chat session was that they had finally reached someone local, and the local people would be reaching out to me within the day. I never heard anything from anyone until the following night (only 12 hours before checkout on our 3 night stay), when someone finally provided wifi information via VRBO message. The door issue was never addressed. Extremely dissapointed in the lack of response from hosts regarding issues during our stay. Maybr it was due to the holiday? Otherwise, the house was cute and met the needs of our family during this trip, but wouldn't stay with this host again. "
