Ground-floor maisonnette, newly built, just 20 minutes from the beaches. It features a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, multifunction microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, suspended toilet, and washbasin. In the living room, you'll find a sofa bed, dining table, TV, and coffee table. Enjoy your own private terrace with garden furniture, a table, four chairs for outdoor dining, and a barbecue. Parking is available right in front of the property, located in a peaceful area with no overlooking neighbors. You can access the 12 x 6 m pool from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and the pétanque court, all set on a 1.4-hectare estate. Bed linen, towels, breakfast, and cleaning service are available for an extra fee.
