This historic home has been fully renovated to offer all the commodities of a modern household while retaining the Beechworth charm of a historic home.

Quiet location yet only a 2 minute walk from Ford Street with heaps of off street parking.

This immaculate home is bright and spacious with light-filled modern living and generous bedrooms.

The large master suite enjoys a stunning en suite with floor to ceiling tiles and a large walk-in robe. The second bedroom is equally as grand and is fitted with double built in robes, as is bedroom three.

A cleverly designed central bathroom with a separate toilet provides added convenience.

Your new kitchen combines a stylish 2-pak finish with timber benchtops, a walk-in pantry, and brand new appliances, including a double drawer dishwasher.

Year-round comfort is assured with a ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling unit, plus the benefit of extra ceiling insulation.

The outside has not been overlooked. With separate veranda areas on all four sides of the home, you can follow the sun. Not to mention, a handy carport for off-street parking.

Beautiful winter sunshine over the weekend made for a marvelous winter escape with family. Well located and comfortable house in the bustling historic town of Beechworth. Dog friendly. For EV owners the public charging options in Beechworth a bonus.

Great stay

A friend and I stayed at this lovely house with my 13 year old dog Millie. It was clean and welcoming, lovely to sit on the wrap around verandah at all times of the day as you could follow the sun. The position is outstanding- 250m from the Ox and Hound restaurant which we loved. We parked the car and walked everywhere. We will be back!

Spacious and clean home in great location. There was plenty of room for four adults and 2 kids. We had a lovely time and the property manager was very helpful and quick to respond back to any messages. Would love to come back.

Great location close to shops & attractions. The house was just perfect light & bright beautifully decorated with verandah nearly all the way round off street parking with carport. Large open plan lounge kitchen dining. Christian couldn't be more helpful hope to stay again.

Excellent accommodation in wonderful location

This historic home has been beautifully renovated and provides all the modern amenities, including very cosy heating throughout. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. It is literally around the corner from everything so lots of Beechworth charm to explore. Christian is a very accommodating host who ensured we had everything we needed. A great catch-up location for family from Melbourne and Canberra. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This house seems brand new and everything needed for a home away from home is available. The best thing about staying at this house in Beechworth is its closeness to the main street. The beds were comfortable and the two bathrooms made it convenient for our two groups. Heating and wifi were instant.

Wonderful in every way….

We loved our stay in this fully renovated and spotlessly clean home. It was perfect for us- 3 couples having a short break in beautiful Beechworth. We loved everything about the house, the comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and the modern furnishings. The sun shone during our stay and we loved sitting out on the back deck later in the day.
