「0/5 – Worst stay of my life. Plummer House Newcastle was an absolute disgrace from start to finish. The room was filthy on arrival — dirty sink and work surfaces, stained floors, damaged furniture, worn cabinets, filthy fridge, marked and stained chairs, and mugs that looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. This is not “student accommodation” or “serviced living” — it’s neglect. The female manager was rude and unprofessional, even trying to make me check out 12 hours earlier...

「The check in was fast and friendly, the room is lovely, with a nice view. There was quite a lot of noise from the street below early in the morning and the church bells were regular throughout the night. The breakfast was a good amount but lukewarm spolt the vibe. The price we paid , i think was high for this standard.」

「Swan Studios is perfect when visiting family and friends. Its self contained so can come and go without worry. Rooms are clean with a fridge and microwave if needed. We have stayed here now on several occasions and the standard has been the same. Looking forward to our next stay」

「We had a good stay, when ringing for support to find the entrance and how to enter was very supported and sent all necessary details, free parking close by and isn’t too far a drive away from everything. Very quiet no banging through the night etc. 」

「Very clean and comfy. Had everything in that we needed , plenty of kitchen utensils , cups ,plates and glasses. We had a bathroom and separate toilet. We had a great view of the bay . Spoke to Andrew the owner , very nice bloke . If we are going back to the area we would definitely stay here again . 」

「Clean & comforts, but there’s no table which even can’t have a simple breakfast. Have 2 sofa which are no use for us. It’s better to have a table & storage drawer.」

「Me and my 2 friends booked this holiday for 3 nights for a festival called Lost minds. We were wary at first as it’s a shared apartment with other people. Long story short we ended up booking and had absolutely no issue with the area or the people who was staying in the apartment. It’s round about 20/25 minute walk from the city centre & it’s easy accessible to get an uber also. We will definitely be booking when we come back to Newcastle. Only thing we never liked was NO TV & shared bathroom...

「Flat was in an excellent location for us being just across the road from a lovely dog friendly beach with a cafe that did fabulous breakfasts. We were very happy with our stay and the owner was easy to communicate with. However I will mention that the outside area is very scruffy and bins were overflowing with lots of bottles on the floor. The flat itself was clean and tidy although inside bin hadn’t been properly emptied from previous tenants. Mattress on double bed could probably do with...
