「Everything was great except the breakfast was cold」

「Room was dated and dirty, stains on the walls and in the bathroom. Sign said they had vending machines, was told by staff they did not have any. Air conditioner was loud and had a difficult time maintaining the desired temperature. Police showed up around while were there. Checked out before sunrise」

「We were in town for a show at Tanglewood in Lenox. Concert had been rescheduled with little notice; so it put us in a tight spot with no time to add time to being in the Berkshires. I just looked for an inexpensive overnight to just sleep before heading back home the following morning. I wasn't expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised. 「Everything was great , perfect.」

「The unit was clean and comfortable. Location was nice and quiet. Mini golf and hot tub were fun and appreciated. Unit was dated- cabinets were old. Kitchen was well- stocked. I would suggest having kitchen towels though. Blankets would have been nice ( as the weather was changing.).」

「Great place to stay, super friendly staff. All that the Lenox and Lee had to offer isn't far. Will stay again.」

「Frankly I was very disappointed and overcharged for what they call a “premium “ room. It is not a boutique hotel .. it’s a glorified motel . The welcome reception was not welcoming either. Sorry but can’t recommend it !」

「Clean, spacious room Accommodating staff especially Shawn and Jennifer at the front desk. Very nice pool and gym Definitely coming back」

「can’t get in touch with the front desk after six. If you don’t check in at 6 go find an other place to stay」
