Disliked: Staff & service
Wir standen vor geschlossenen Türen, haben angerufen, es wurde uns zugesichert dass in 5 Minuten jemand fürs Check-in kommt. Nach 45 Minuten haben wir nochmals versucht alle 3 vorhandenen Nummern anzurufen: es ging keiner mehr ran. Wir mussten uns kurzfristig ein neues Hotel suchen. Die Nachricht des Betreibers: es wäre besser wir suchen uns ein neues Hotel, die Mitarbeiterin sei kurzfristig im Krankenhaus und er im Ausland.
