  • It's as close as you can get to never having to leave the slopes! This second-floor, ski-in/ski-out condo is truly a skiers paradise. Watch the gondolas go by through the open living area's picture windows while you sink into the plush sofas with a cup of cocoa and a roaring fire. A few steps onto your private balcony will bring you to an exclusive hot tub, splendid for a soak in any season. Both bedrooms feature beautiful en suite bathrooms for maximum comfort and style. Guests of the main bedroom can snuggle up with a good book on the comfy window seat - remember to look up every once in a while to take in the mountain view. Excellent accommodations for early season skiing

Check in was easy, and the place was very well equipped. Super comfortable and easy for ski in ski out.

No functioning frdige/freezer

Not great when you arrive with bags of groceries. Ended up with spoiled food. Property manager unable to fix or replace while we were there.Otherwise, excellent.

Great location, we truly enjoyed our stay at Southpoint!

Our little family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights in January 2025. The place was spotlessly clean and mostly well equipped. A few “even better if”s: please give some thought to replacing furniture that is deteriorating. Everything was comfy, but the aging pleather look of some things really takes away from a proper first impression. Plastic glasses for outdoor use were great - but there’s currently only 3 mismatched regular wine glasses in the kitchen. Also, the TV in the main bedroom - we couldn’t figure out how to use it, eventually gave up. Other than these few suggested improvements, it’s a great property - we would stay again!

Great Location, Great Times, Priced Well!

We were incredibly fortunate to get some great conditions and a great location of stay at this rental for myself and the family. The ski in off the Gondola Way run was very convenient. Short distance to Lara's Gondola and the beginner ski area. The unit was great and priced right, the literal only hiccup was that the parking spaces underground weren't in numerical order so we were a bit confused until we started to look around. The outside signage for the garage and keypad for accessing the underground worked the initial time getting in but didn't seem to work the rest of the time which was fine as didn't need to move the car for the duration of the trip and we just walked around, but maybe that needs to be updated/replaced. Will definitely consider renting in the future as the unit was clean, had a great layout for us and reasonably stocked. (My only recommendation of improvement for this would maybe to have some bulk saran wrap or tinfoil in the unit as these items are totally necessary for every rental) Thanks again!
