「Clean, quiet and comfortable beds. The hotel is near great. food and shopping. Front desk Staff was professional and courteous. Cleaning staff was okay. Kitchen staff needs to be more attentive to the buffet. Customers had to continually request items to be replenished.
Breakfast was provided but ran out of key items (waffle mix) each morning. Food station was replenished but took a little time.」
"部屋は広く浴槽あり。コーヒーマシン、電子レンジが部屋にあり、氷も各階に用意されていました。華美ではないが必要なものは全てあり居心地が良かったです。ロビーに軽食やドリンクの販売あり。直ぐ隣にマクドナルド。歩いて5〜6分のところにコンビニあり。ダウンタウンに行く時はホテルのシャトルバスに乗り空港へ行きメトロに乗るか、10分くらい歩いてメトロのクリスタルシティ駅まで行っても良いです。スタッフは皆フレンドリーでチェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらう際にチップを渡そうとしたら「そんなの必要ないです！」でした。Thanks. Malki, chuda, and Mahammed!"

"There wasn’t a train that went straight from my hotel to DC or Pentagon city, which was a bit of a pain. But luckily, there was a shuttle bus that went to Reagan airport and Pentagon City metro station. The bus drivers were super nice and even gave me a metro map. "
