Had a great stay for a couple nights, while hiking and exploring the Beaver area. Perfect accommodations for our family - kids really liked the bunk beds, and having their own room. We also loved the full kitchen and cozy living room. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Great experience overall.

We enjoyed our stay in Cheston's place. The location is in the business district on Main Street, which made for a little traffic noise in the night (windows cracked open for swamp cooler air flow), but not too bad. It's a great location as far as being central to everything with easy access to the freeway and stores. Overall the property was clean, roomy and comfortable for our family to stay at. The host was very responsive and accommodating. There's a few little things that could use some TLC in the property, but overall a great place to stay.Check in/out was super easy and convenient, easy to find, good parking options, etc. We'll certainly consider Cheston's listings for future travel needs. Thanks for a great stay!

Communication was lacking in comparison to other locations I have rented. The email I received for check out was incomplete. I had to go back onto the site to find what the checkout process was. There was no information in the unit either. In addition, upon arrival, we realized there were two apartments and we were never told which one was our unit. I was uncomfortable in trying the keypad on both doors because I was unsure which was ours. When entering the unit, we noticed the carpets were pretty dirty and needed to be vacuumed well throughout the unit. There was air conditioning as advertised, however, to get air to the bedrooms, you had to open the windows. We were on Main Street so the noise increased when opening the windows. I feel we had to choose between having air or a quiet sleeping environment. I appreciated the clean sheets for the bunk beds, however, we had to make them ourselves. The sheets were sitting on the ends of the beds.I did appreciate that he was quick in responding back to me when the tv was not working so that we could quickly troubleshoot the problem. This is not a unit we would choose to rent again.
