「First the positives - in very good position for the pier and beach, pubs & restaurants. Onsite parking for £10. Nicely decorated, a bar and small seating area out the front. Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Now for the negatives - the hotel is extremely hard to contact to pre book parking although eventually this was done, then there was confusion over my booking for beds for 2 adults & 1 child which was eventually sorted on the day of arrival not ideal and stressful. 「Everything about the property was great. Staff, bedroom, breakfast all brilliant. We feel we should have been warned about the scaffolding and plastic sheeting all round the front of the property, which virtually obliterated the view. Providing a bottle of Prosecco and 20% off the our next stay is all well and good, but didn’t mitigate our disappointment, considering it was quite expensive!」

「We stayed here one night as a last minute getaway from the heat back home . The property was spotless and everything was so thoughtful , so many personal touches showing the care they take with their guests . They went above and beyond when I had an issue with my car charging and drove me all the way to it, which would have cost £50 in a taxi. My children loved the animals on site and the owners were very patient answering all their questions ! Thank you so much for your kindness !」

「Room was clean and staff were helpful, had a family room with 2 double beds. But with having children and in a family room I would expect a child lock on the window. Also they was a screw sticking out through the wood of the room door frame latch plate.. apart from that the hotel was clean and staff were helpful.」
