Wonderfully walkable

Gullah Festival

I wanted to stay in walking distance to the waterfront to attend the Festival. The property was easy to find and plenty of parking in front and back. We got to walk to a new place to eat breakfast each morning, fun shopping the little boutiques and the festival, and a quick drive to the beach! Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again!!

Location,location,location

What a perfect spot to stay and enjoy the beautiful town of Beaufort. Delicious food options and wonderful walks round town made it a perfect visit. Sara, the hostess , really provided a good amount of written material to help plan our 3 week visit. Our townhouse was very appealing with lovely artwork around all of the rooms. Checkin and check out was very smooth and we look forward to visit again soon.

Great Location

Wonderful location

Sweet retreat

Great rental and location

Perfect location

I loved many things about this property, particularly the location. It was in the historic district of Beaufort with easy access to shops, delicious food and a short drive to the beach. The owners were very nice to work with and we had everything in the place we needed. I definitely plan to return.

Thanksgiving holiday stay

My family enjoyed a wonderful weekend at a charming townhome steps from downtown historic Beaufort! The location was unbeatable—just a short, pleasant walk to the heart of downtown, where we explored the shops, restaurants, and waterfront views that make Beaufort so special. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. They provided excellent recommendations for local dining and activities and took great care to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. Overall, this townhome was the perfect place for our family.

Perfect Location

This property is located in the Historic District of Beaufort. It is easy walking to downtown (Bay St). It has a wonderful Patio and the townhouse itself offered plenty of room to move around. We stayed for about six weeks and loved it. Whether you stay for a weekend or a long term stay I think you will find it’s one of the best places with an ideal location.

Convenient and close to town

The Condo is in a historic section of Beaufort. It is within walking distance to town. It’s a beautiful area! The accommodations were good; it had what we needed for a few days. There was an issue with cleanliness of bedding and the owner was notified.

Great stay in Beaufort!

We really enjoyed this property. It wasn’t our first visit to Beaufort and this property was in a great location. The listing was 100% accurate and provided everything we needed. We had a very minor issue on our check-in day that Sara promptly resolved for us and it didn’t affect our stay at all. I’d highly recommend Sara’s property!

First visit to Beaufort

This was our first time visiting Beaufort and the townhome is in the perfect location. It's within walking distance to downtown to the shops, restaurants and the waterfront park. The host provided a notebook with tons of helpful information about the area and surrounding islands, activities, and restaurant recommendations. The host was also quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Hunting Island, Beaufort National Cemetery, Parris Island Museum and the Avenue of Oaks are must sees! Plums and Fish Camp great places to eat. It was hard to leave but we'll be back!!!

Location is great. There was everything you needed. Owner was great and keep in touch. Check in and check out instructions were very clear. Remember there are steps. I would have liked a tv in my bedroom but not a deal breaker. Great experience. Thank you.

Christmas in Beaufort

The island townhouse was perfect for us. I was especially enamored of the large sized oven. I only used it once but it was great for cooking a large lamb and several side dishes. The townhouse was easy walking distance ( 1-3 blocks) from everyplace we wanted to go. Thank you Sara!

Exploring Beaufort

We came to Beaufort to explore the area and stayed at the Island Townhouse for a month. The townhouse proved to be a gem in the perfect location. It is located in the historic district of Beaufort. Easy walk, bike ride or car ride to restaurants and shopping. We found the neighborhood to be very quiet. Especially loved sitting outside on the back patio on the cooler afternoons and early evenings. The dedicated parking behind the townhouse was really convenient. The townhouse was clean and came with everything you need to start a month-long stay. Having the clothes washer and dryer on hand was a nice amenity too! Sara is easy to work with and very responsive. You can clearly see her love of Beaufort from the photos, paintings, movies and reading material she has on hand throughout the townhouse. Her "Foodies" list for the local restaurants is fantastic! We really appreciated the outstanding hospitality Sara provided and would definitely stay there again!!
