「This is a brand new unit. Nice size for a studio with a king sized bed, a good sized kitchen area and nice sitting area. It was too hot to hang out on the small balcony, but that could be nice on a different weekend!Location is what makes this place so nice. We walked to Reed's for coffee, the Mar for dinner, and checked out the waterfront . . . without having to get in a car. Not too far from the bridge to head over to Atlantic Beach too. Overall, would rent again.」

「The room it self was fine just as it was described aside from the Internet not working but we didn't mind that. The only issue we had was the residents in the other rooms were less than friendly, this isn't anything the room owner could help. I'm assuming they have had a bad experience with other visitors. Also the guy that checks parking passes was extremely rude. Again I don't believe the renter was at fault for the way the people that live in other rooms acted. The room was clean and the...
