I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place. The hotel is perfect if you want to visit without passing through a casino. Good food available from the lobby 24/7. Generally clean, professional staff, great views when facing the stratosphere direction. I will not hesitate to book again.

This resort hotel is absolutely beautiful and spread out. However, it is pretty far away from everything else. That was a positive for me since it felt safe and I enjoyed all the amenities. I did have to take a cab to a show I had tickets to and the cab fare was $60.00 round trip. The other event I attended which was the Marc Anthony My Way show was at the hotel so that was easy. The food options for casual dining were limited to some rather unhealthy food choices and it was too hot (115 degrees) for me to walk anywhere to eat. I was there for three days and two nights and it was fine. It was my first time to visit Las Vegas so I felt this hotel was a really good choice for me. The service was really top tier.
