Best place to stay in Interlaken!

We loved our stay at Hotel Gloria. The owners are so thoughtful and kind. The beds are comfy. The food is incredible. The views are breathtaking. We could have stayed a month.

Incredible view from the room and dining terrace. Beatenburg is a super nice area but understand that it is a little bit of a drive from Interlaken or having many dining choices. Hotel owners were very nice and helpful with suggestions.

Our stay in hotel Gloria was the highlight of our visit to Switzerland. The hospitality and friendliness of the owner and employees was unmatched and the views were amazing. The included breakfast was delicious, as well as the dinner we had on site. Highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating and pleasing. They went out of their way to help us navigate the neighborhood areas and provide guidance and suggestions. The food throughout our stay was amazing, especially the different soups that we tasted and the fresh home-made butter. The room was very clean, tidy and well-maintained.

BEST HOTEL IN SWITZERLAND!!!

Hotel Gloria is by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! The owners were so kind and made our stay so enjoyable. They were so welcoming and treated us like family. The views are absolutely stunning and we were so pleased with our room. It was clean, charming, and comfortable. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!!! You won’t be disappointed! I look forward to staying here again one day. Thank you!!!

When I return to the Interlaken area, this will be the only hotel I choose to stay at. Beatenberg is perfect for those looking for a less crowded and more scenic stay in the area. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend taking the cable car just up the street to Niederhorn for the best views, friendly Swiss cows, great hikes, and much less of a crowd. Also noteworthy is the free hotel breakfast: I will never have one better.

Hotel Gloria is a smaller, boutique hotel, but when you walk inside - oh the greatness!! It’s run by a very nice couple, one of which is a renowned chef , so the food onsite is tremendous. The personal touches and attention to the guests was outstanding. We stayed here with our two kids and got the family-sized room and it was perfect because it had two separate rooms that close off from one another. The kids loved the bunk beds. We loved the Lake Thun view from our balcony. Hotel Gloria was about a 15/20 min drive to central Interlaken, but the drive is beautiful! If you have a car, this is a perfect hotel choice…nice and quiet, easy parking, great breakfast, great staff, and wonderful Swiss charm. Highly recommend and would stay here again for sure!

We were treated exceptionally well here. Also, simple, but welcoming features were appreciated--lit candles, personalized welcome, etc. The dining was exceptional as well. Loved our time here and enjoyed meeting Bernard and Jackie--the chef and owners.

An absolute gem in the mountain!

We travel a lot as a family and it has been a while getting the personal and wonderful treatment we received at Hotel Gloria. Our daughters have a nut allergy and they went out of their way to make us feel safe at breakfast. The staff was all friendly and the owners Bernhard and Jacky are so kind and personable. The location was amazing, we had a room with a large balcony facing Lake Thun and the room was nicely decorated. We highly recommend this hotel, we didn’t want to leave.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Gloria. Jackie and her staff were absolutely incredible to us. Our room had the most beautiful view and we had a fantastic time. While the view and the room was amazing, the thing that stood out the most was the staff. They were so kind and helpful to us during our stay. We had to check out early on the day we were leaving and they even packed us a lunch for our travels since we wouldn’t be able to make breakfast. Thank you so much to the staff of Hotel Gloria, you were magnificent and we would love to come back here in the future simply because of your warm hospitality.

預訂時已知道酒店在山上不駕駛會比較不方便，但酒店的景觀真的很美，山景湖景很驚艷。起身看到這個景色很值得。 由interlaken west 乘搭巴士101 去酒店大概20-30 mins, 班次一小時一班，所以要預好時間規劃回酒店的行程，避免等太久。我們預先看了巴士的班次再去安排購物吃飯，覺得回酒店也算方便。 酒店職員亦非常友善的介紹附近的景點，和我們聊天。 早餐亦很豐富，牛角包好吃，熱茶的擺盤很精緻，很用心。有機會下次會試試酒店的晚餐，聞說老闆煮的咖哩很出色。 不過酒店的歷史較久，沖涼熱水不夠熱，花灑有點舊，沖涼時比較凍，希望可以改善。 整體來說，酒店很不錯，很難得酒店的電視可以看youtube 及netflix.

It's a nice and cozy family-run hotel with stunning view of the mountains and lake. Jacky the owner is very friendly. She greeted us and made sue everything was okay. The staff also speaks good English and are very helpful. The hotel is in a very good condition, the view from the balcony is amazing. We'are glad we have chosen to stay at Hotel Gloria. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Que vista maravilhosa

Hotel localizado bem de frente pro lago e montanhas com vista perfeita. Hotel 3 estrelas muito bom. Excelente café da manhã e possui um bom restaurante. Não espere grandes luxos, mas cumpre o esperado para um hotel 3 estrelas. Não é tão próximo a interlaken mas tem um ponto de ônibus próximo que é de graça, pois o hotel fornece um cartão para transportes públicos. Gostei da Recepcao, funcionários super atenciosos. O preço e salgado, como tudo na Suíça.
